Hi Guys, we have some people who abuse the star ratings feature by leaving 1 star ratings for articles by people they don't like. I'd like to know who the users leaving these ratings are.

There isn't a way to do this from the UI, but you could look in the database directly if you're familiar with phpmyadmin. You'll want to look at the core_ratings database table.
