Hello, I currently have someone helping me out with technical support on my forum, but they are away a lot, and often not easy to get in contact with. So I'm trying to add a custom image to my navigation bar, but it doesn't extend to the side. How do i make it extend to each side all the way? i have this simple code for the header and navigation bar image; #ipsLayout_header > header { background: url({resource="header.png" app="core" location="admin"}); background-size: 100% 100%; } .ipsNavBar_primary { background: url({resource="menu bar.png" app="core" location="admin"}); background-size: 100% 100%; } and it looks like that; As you can see, it doesnt extend all the to each sides. And it needs to so it fits with the header image. Thanks

We've had to restrict the use of JPEG files on our forum and have limited file uploads to PDFs .doc etc. However it would be very handy if the site team could upload JPEG files when necessary. I don't see that there is any way to allow this. Anybody any ideas? Is it something I've missed? Thanks

We would like the IPboard system to send an email to a designated email address anytime a user posts a new topic or replies to a topic. We're trying to solve the problem of making sure all our team members get a notification of one of these event types. So we'd have the ipboard mailer send the notification to an email address that is a distribution list. Anyone have ideas about how to best solve this?

In 4.5.x. Banned both a user name (non-registrable) and an email address. If I later import a CSV list containing either one of those, they still import. A ban should prevent us from importing a banned user, email or IP, the same way an import blocks the import of duplicate/existing entries. Thoughts? Thanks.

I have two client accounts with Invision Community because I use both a business and a personal card to pay for my various licenses. I very rarely need to use the business account (this one) but logged into the Client Area with it. Now that I've returned to the Community, I find that I'm logged in with my business account rather than my customary personal one. And there doesn't appear to be anything I can do about that. I can sign out but there's no option to sign back in specifying an email address: clicking the option to sign in with an email address uses the credentials from the last-used account, which is no solution. Hi all and @Ehren I am building a section to attend client issue, after open a thread for the client (I will create a topic then change ownership to that client) I don't need the button "Start New topic" anymore from members side. So how can I hide the "Start new topic" button of a specific forum? The client will use threads created by me (or staff) to communicate with us (staff).

Hello, it appears elasticsearch stops randomly in the last 2 days making activity search etc. unavailable. Attached is my elastic log but I can't find anything wrong there. When I create a post I can normally share it by clicking on the various Social Media icons that were previously set up in the ACP however, I have noticed starting only yesterday that they all work with the exception of Twitter, now when I click on the icon I get this error - 403 Forbidden: The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Any advice would be appreciated?

We have 15-20 events every week, we create drive topic in the forum and add a link to the calendar for RSVP. We use drive topic purely for discussion related to that event, manage waitlist etc. If we use Calendar comment section to replace the drive topic in forum, will it overload the calendar system in terms of slowing the nodes or db or from any other resource handling angle....? Each drive topic receives about 200 replies in a week time. So each calendar event having 200 comments x 80 events/Month = 16,000 comments per month. Is it too much or nothing for calendar system....? Is it OK if we scale these numbers by double or triple in the future…
