Hello dear Team! I try to set up my editor toolbar specifically for Pages. I see that there are options for styles and format at original plugin website (https://ckeditor.com/cke4/builder), but when I go to the menu to set up editor toolbar I don't see such options to add such buttons. Could you please let mer know how can I insert Styles and Format options to the bar?

Hello, I was wondering if someone might be able to help give my forum a bit of a healthcheck? I'm finding it incredibly slow despite being on a decent Kimsufi server. I think it could be the processes crashing the site, but I can't seem to get the right fix with my limited knowledge of forums and databases. I've just tried upgrading with Easycron, but I'm not sure it's had a positive impact.

Hi, Since the upgrade to 4.6.2, my community has a recurring error "Error code -200", if I understood this error correctly it is the upload limit reached !? Out, my server is configured with the following data: (Dedicated Plesk server on OVH) > Memory limit = 8192M > Max execution time = 1440 > Post max size = 8192M > Upload max filesize = 8192M Before the upgrade we were able to send files up to around 500MB, usually not exceeding this limit I left the configurations. On my forum, when I or any other member clicks on the Downloads item in the menu, the following message comes up, Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Apache/2.4.25 (Debian) Server at www.(site name).com Port 80 Would anyone know what would cause this to show up? Thanks.

I am 100% sure that in IPB3.x I as a moderator could move posts to another thread, but it seems impossible to do it in Invision Community. This seems very strange, what have I missed? 🤔 Found it. You have to give moderators access in the IPB control panel.

I have uploaded a favicon and application icon, which are slightly different images. When I have an application icon uploaded, all browsers use that as the favicon instead of the actual favicon. If I remove it, the favicon will work perfectly fine. Why is that? The normal one will show in the AdminCP but not the forum itself, like below. I want to use both but not if it doesn't work properly.

It is possible that I'm being an idiot, as I don't really know what I'm doing... But is there a reason my Invision sites would stop me creating custom CSS and Java pages? The ability to create new "JSON" pages has gone and I can't see the ones I've already created. However when I create a new page, I can still apply them... Sorry if this is a dumb question. I've started to learn web development just for Invision but I struggle sometimes.

But this time, on the Server Details page, I get that error message : my_database'@'localhost' (using password: YES) The System check is completely ok The license code is ok I'm sure the database name and user name and password are ok (I tried many times). I'd like to allow members to say they are attending an event and bringing their spouse, or their kids. Rather than just say "Going", I'd like to have an option where they say how many people will be in their party. Can you do a +1? Or is there a plugin for it?

Hi Guys Our background processes started reindexing about 10 days ago. Rather than shrinking it seems to just be growing and is now at 47 pages in the queue with NONE of them seemingly moving The warning message does say it can take some time but as I said it been about 10 days now and hasnt moved at all. Hi IPS, I'd like to make a suggestion to add a check box whenever upgrading an app to offer to automatically clear the system cache after an update. I've notice that 98% of the time when I do an app update my site will slow to an absolute crawl until I manually clear the system cache. It doesn't seem to matter if it is an Invision app or a marketplace app. It would be nice when doing the upgrade to just check a box so that the script will auto clear cache when its done. If this option is already available, maybe make it in a more obvious spot because I don't see it. Thanks, Drew

As I've been migrating my clients to client Spaces, I've been relying more and more on the Invision file system. However, I find that when I upload files to client Clubs ("Spaces") the progress meter doesn't always show, which has the risk of indicating that the upload in fact isn't taking place at all. This is obviously a crisis of conifidence for my clients. I have tried disabling apps and plugins, and have found that only when I wait for a completed file upload notice that I see that files have uploaded. This doesn't apply to larger files, e.g. of several MB

We're running IPS on two different communities, hosted on one server but totally separate sites. For years now, the e-mail notifications (for replies, PMs, etc.) have been very slow, sometimes slap dash. The long-time staff felt this was normal for IPS. However, in the last couple weeks, I've had occasion to post on two other communities using IPS (totally updated version, just like we're running) -- and the notifications were practically instant from both, with the longest one taking about four or five minutes to show up. Is there a way currently to stop users adding words into their username? I had hoped I'd not have to enable such, but apparently derogatory terms are funny to some people. I see I can add word filters to posts, but not seeing anything for usernames.

There's a weird bug with the word expansion system - when deleting a word and its expansion from the "system", it doesn't actually stop showing up in the forums as expanded, complete with the expansion. In other words, it just acts as if it was never deleted. @Matt or any of the other devs, please advise. *I didn't use the support tool because it also bugs out and randomly won't re-enable some/all the customizations - forcing us to re-enable all of them manually (we don't have all our installed customizations active, so we have to make a manual list each time of what was active and what wasn't. and it's kind of a pain...

So on my test site I just reset my CKEditor buttons to their default configuration, and now I find I am unable to set custom text colours. I select text, click the Text Color button, and click the More Colors... bar at the bottom of the window - the screen goes light for a split second (as if the color selection window was going to appear), and then reverts. I can select from the default color tiles, but when I want to enter a custom hex code, nada. Nuthin'. Tried disabling all customisations, tried removing the button from the editor config and re-adding it...makes no difference. Likewise, trying different browsers makes no difference.
