Getting this error when trying to login to the upgrade system in AdminCP. My login details are definitely correct, I just used them to login to the client area. Currently on v4.6.5.1, upgrading to v4.6.6. Any ideas?

The docs say: I can't find any setting that actually has to do with block caching? These docs say I should ensure that caching for blocks is off but doesn't actually say how to do that. Is this the same caching setting as "cache page output for guests?" I have a custom block that iterates over database records (a feed block) but it doesn't update immediately upon refresh when the underlying record changes. I'm assuming this is caching-related but I can't find any resources on manually handling this for plugin blocks. Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide!

Is it possible to restrict an admin to certain parts of the AdminCP? I want an admin to have access to ONLY the Commerce section of the AdminCP. Is this possible?

For some reason, my License Key URL for https://www.somosyayas.com does not show up here in the IPS Clients Area. I checked my License Key on the AdminCP and even refreshed it several times, but it's still not being registered here at IPS. In my admincp, it does say it's registered.

Hello, I am looking to add a menu item to my navigation bar for member's to logout with. I've done some lengthy searching on this board to locate an answer on how to accomplish this, but I had no success. Most content related to using external pages for logout methods. Obviously I cannot use a generic /logout/ path without having a csrfKey, how could one accomplish this? I'm not an advanced PHP user, so please lay it out for me simply if you're able to assist. I appreciate your patience and time. 🙂

Hello all. On 1001bd.Com we just goes from 4.4 to 4.6. Previously we had a pretty beautifull Banner at the top of the site. I saw that now the "banner" is now consider has a "Logo" that is absolutly not what we want 🙂 Any idea on how to do what was available before ? (I mean having a banner/picture at the top of the page above the menu) Another problem : on the forum we do not have any more information to indicate that a subjet is "unread" (when a new mesage is post). I have a set up where the members profile name is created after the members CC card is charged, so basically it takes the name from checkout and that name is then created as a record in a CRM. The Wordpress site and Power Board also use an SSO for sign on, so the user can sign on to the membership site and then go ono the forum without having to sign back in again. I know there is a way where users can change their display name, but that seems to be an issue as the name is tied to a CRM record and it will then make the users go back to the membership site and it causes a lot of confusion to members. I could swear that at one point I had been receiving emails notifying me when someone had registered for my forums. (I require admin approval) I can't seem to find any setting for this, am I missing it? And yes, my email system is working otherwise.

I am making a few pages and rather than cluttering up the customcss folder I would like to use folders specific for each individual page. I assume this is a better option also as it will only load up when that page is viewed. When creating a page I see there is an option for selecting an existing css file. How do I create a new file that will show amongst these options please?

Our SSL certificate has expired and we can't access our site. The browser shows the following: Oops. The site at https://forums.accellera.org/ has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. This is a new one for me... I have a user attempting to create an account on my forum, and stating that after they register and login, they are being prompted to link their Twitter account. They have created two different accounts and have tried multiple computers, but this is apparently happening consistently. If I login to the account via the ACP, I do not see this. The customer gave me the password to the second account they created, so I tried logging in normally and I also do not see this issue. Some of my content is course material and although it's evergreen, the date makes it feel like it's out of date content even though it doesn't change. My developer who is in Europe said that he's getting this error each day now when he visits my site. When he gets the error he waits for a minute or two, and then it goes away. He believe that the error is related to a bug in the guest caching, which I have set to 3 minutes, and this might explain why it goes away after a short time. He says it only happens before he logs in, never after. Is anyone else seeing this? What could be causing it? This never happened until I upgraded to 4.6. Here is a screen shot of when it happens:

Some of my clients have reported to me that they are unable to use the attachment bar ("Drag files here to attach, or choose files...") in Private Messages. As in it doesn't even show up for them in some cases. I've suggested they clear their browser caches (and I've cleared the site cache several times), but the problem persists. I'm still gathering information on this, but my as-yet unproven theory is that they are using MacOS/Safari. I haven't had any problems using popular browsers (Firefox/Chrome/Edge) on a 64-bit Windows 10 platform. Just wondering if anyone else has reported this issue as well? Thanks!
