Hello, 🙂 My uploads directory is 46 Gb big and this is not normal to me... So I wonder if images posted in a topic are really deleted when the topic is deleted. How can I check that ? Thank you. 🙂

I've been testing problems with my Downloads module over the past couple of weeks, and this involved uploading (and then deleting) several files ranging in size from 100-600MB. It was when I was backing up my site(s) that I noticed vastly inflated file sizes (when I know nothing major was going on). I went into the Moderator CP and made sure that any Deleted Content was deleted permanently before performing site backups. After some checking, I realised that some of these test files in fact haven't been deleted - they were still in the monthly uploads folders and had to be deleted manually. I am getting multiple email bounce backs from my email server (I operate my own entire rack) which are spawning from my forum site. It looks like spammers are trying to leverage some function within the software to spawn messages out of the system. Please review the information below. I believe we are going to need a software patch to fix this. I would appreciate feedback or a patch to prevent this abuse. I have noticed not only on my own forum, but on the default forum that some of the stock emoji are either missing or do not render. The just show little squares. See screenshot below. Using latest Edge browser. Anyone else notice this?

We have had many albums in gallery with heavy videos. Recently we have deleted many but still server space isn't being recovered. Is there any places more we need to delete these files manually? Is there any cron job setup that delete the actual files after couple of days?

Hello. After i updated my IPS Forums from 4.5.4.2 to 4.6.6 every page looks very awful. I'm saying that, the dates has been changed and i can't see now "Today at 20:00" but "October 1, 2021 about 20:00" which looks very bad for me and my community. As far as i can see in release notes there is: Added an option to disable relative dates. But where is that option.. To enable or disable? Maybe in my language pack? I have updated language pack also but I can't find this in settings.. In language pack .xml there is no setting like date change or something.

TL;DR: How to "gift" a limited time free subscription to a paying subscriber? The situation is as follows: A member bought a subscription using a PayPal subscription (the only payment method properly supported for our country, so changing that isn't an option), but due to a bug they were charged more than they should have for a few months. Come across an issue with the Polls Block. The Poll block still allows you to vote in a poll even though you have voted in that poll via the topic. Yes caching is on, but I have never had this issue before.

Hi all, I am looking to integrate the IPB Forums User database logins to wordpress/zoho desk. Basically using the forums account information to login across a multi-wordpress site being developed as an app. I am aware of wordpress plugins that integrate wordpress accounts to IPB forums but what about the other way around? I am trying to sort database records by rating. If I choose Highest Rated, then the number of votes is not considered. See below, the record #1 with only one vote is above the record #3 with 3 votes. Both have only 5-Star votes. If I choose to sort by Most reviewed, then I have this order (I assume by publish date) This does not make sense. I have a database with a field defined as title. I would like to have some characters before and after the title. I have tried **{$formValue}** as Listing Custom Format and Display View Format. The formats seem to be ignored for title fields. It works for all other fields. Does it work as desired?

Hi there, I was experimenting with my new cloud-hosted community, and things got messed up. I can't seem to revert, and clear cache didn't help. The styling in AdminCP is messed up, default theme styling is messed up, default-profile-images are gone, etc. Can I get a 'revert', or a fresh install install please? Thanks

I bought a theme and installed it, after that I decided to buy the gallery and blog and installed them too, but after I uploaded the files I saw that there is a problem (everything seems to work normally) with third party customizations in support, I tried disable customizashions but it did not help, I also re-enable all customizashions but it did not help, I still see the same problem in third party, no matter what theme I use, (also every app and pugins I add shows the same problem but works normal) I would love advice on how to solve the problem, thanks a lot for the helpers.

Hello everyone, I am developing a small forum and I need to generate API keys to access the information of my forum on my website (retrieve members,...). However, when I generate my keys from the admin interface, it gives me the following message: "The API endpoint is not giving the expected response. Check you followed the instructions correctly." I followed the tutorial as indicated, I renamed my .htaccess file and put it in the right folder /api . Is there anything else to do? Thank you very much for your answer. Sincerely

I run a relatively small forum and after the latest update, this task is taking forever. As in, it's been 10+ days and is at 38%. I see no way to kill it or restart it. Any suggestions on how to get this to run? It looks like from the Dashboard, there are others behind it that aren't moving AT ALL. For example, "Reindexing posts" has been stuck at 2.58% for days. I'm open to any suggestions/ideas. Thanks!

Hello there, I'm trying to edit some custom CSS, but I get this error: I wonder what folder(s) should I modify its chmod to 777 in order to fix this? I already chmoded uploads but it didn't work. I'm using Jelastic with Litespeed as webserver.
