Re the member logging in error - after switching to IPS we sent out a bulk mail about the new email login rather than username
We had a load of errors from members unsubscribing - as in We could not find your account ? All these members are current and not new
See attached - could this be the same issue with member accounts ?
As mentioned in the message there, its likely these have expired, and the message there would indeed be valid if this is the case. Was this sent out before or after you switched to ourselves?
After we switched to you and it was all running at your end
