If we have a cloud account - and wish to move - can we get a backup easily ? If so how is this done ? ftp ? file share ? And also as it looks like all images and such like are on amazon s3 rather than in the dB - how do we get these in the backup ? ie a full backup of everything ?

Hello, Each reply is in my form log and shows a timestamp above every post. My problem is that reply under 24 hours, showing the short format and not complete timestamp. For example, ' 3 hours ago' or '3 minuet's ago'. How can I change it to always load the full date and time format? like 25/11/21 02:35 PM ( it showing it like that only for a post that past 24 hours) Many thanks! Before 24 Hours After 24 Hoers

Hi, this is crazy but it's so long since I needed to find a user's registration number that I don't know where to look any more. Frankly I thought that they were easily accessible and maybe some things change. Anyway, can somebody tell me where I can find a user's registration number please. Thanks

Hello, how can I deactivate or extend the username shortening ("xyz...") on mobile? From my point of view the length of the shortened name is too short. BTW, I found out that you can see the "..." only on real mobile phones. If you use the inspector tool and simulate phones no "..." are visible. Thanks for your help. ----------- Sorry guys, my fault. There was a small piece of code from before the upgrade. Now the shortening is gone. 😂

Hi All - I have tried a few times as a moderator as well as a user to create a poll within the regular post feature and it continues not to post. As you can see in the image below. I keep setting it up this way and then submit, and then keep getting the something went wrong message. I also checked all the permissions for the forums and do not have anything restricted for members/users, as well as moderators. Any ideas on what the issue may be? Thanks!

Hello, I have paid a monthly subscription plan and change the group when any user buy this subscription plan. I've Subscribed and Unsuscribed Groups. I've an important doubts after that I'm having some issues that are in study by mail. What happend if I change manually the group before or after that subscribes any user. Do IPS will reset the group in expiration date? Do IPS will send the renewal invoice and charge? Manually change from Unsuscribed to Subscribed Group, and then user buy the monthly subscription plan User buy the monthly subcription and then I change manually from Subscribed to Unsubscribed group Thanks for your help and clarification.

Hi Guys Re Pattaya-Addicts forum Apologies for resurrecting this issue but it seems to have returned and I can no longer access the old "bubble chat" where it was discussed before. I cant help but wonder if this and the Posting Restriction logs thing (another thread on this) are related. To see what I mean you can Login as Admin Open profile Gonetothedogs and you will see However If you then click "See All Warning points" you will see there are two points, issued April 4 2020, that are still ACTIVE. Those two points should show in that screenshot above should they not?

Hello, Our host notified us that the board is hitting RAM limits, even thought we only have few visitors. It seems like some coding doesn't support our current PHP version 7.4 CGIFAST or something else is wrong with the site. I would like to know if possible create below registration workground: 1. Send a registration link through whatsapp or whatever others social media. 2. User open the page and complete the ips registration. 3. In the registration page, I need enlist some clubs and groups where user can select them. 4. If you create a new forum you can choose 4 types of forums. 'Discussion', 'Question', 'Category' and 'Referral'. If you have a question and answer community like me, 9 of the 10 times a topic is a question so you have the option to mark a comment as an asnwer.
