As a user/member, is there a way to buy as a gift a product or a subscription plan ?

Ideally, without putting the price on it.

If not, do you know any turnaround to achieve something like this ?

There is no way on which to gift an item itself at the present time, unfortunately. What you Would do is create a gift card so that the user can purchase what they wish of that value.
