I renewed my licence earlier today, yet I don't have access to support? If I'm able to download/upgrade (which I have done), how come the support part hasn't been automated? The whole point of renewing is to gain access to support, I thought there might be a delay, but it seems not to be the case.

hello their is any way to ban mac address of user so he can't register again, basically i am facing issue some one create account again and again with new vpn ips and invite my premium members to their forum and also buy vip accounts again and leech my vip stuff again and again i am tired of this or is this any way normal member can't send message to vip groups they only send message to normal group or admin group thanks

Can you please explain, how Bitly is supposed to work and how to set up it in IPS? I have activated links shortening in AdminCP. I have followed the link to register with Bitly (free account). I have generated an access token in API section of Bitly and added it to IPS. I have tried to add some internal links to Pages articles. Nothing happens. Should IPS replace all links to my domain on the fly? Or how is it supposed to work? 😊 Thanks.

Ever since the recent update, I haven't been able to locate where the coding for ads are controlled within the themes HTML/CSS editor. I have some hyperlink images I want to edit and all I remember is that I placed the coding under where ads will appear on IPB. This is what I have as of right now (I need to do this for the default theme also): Anyone have any idea as to where I might find the coding for this in the HTML/CSS theme editor?

After the update, there was a problem with background tasks. What caused the search index to freeze? Cron job seems to be spelled out and the rules are working. P.S. Worth Redis and Elasticsearch and so for the second day.

I've tested this with my custom theme as well as the default IPS theme. When viewing Activity, the Load More Activity button at the bottom of the page does not do anything. Is this a setting somewhere that I am missing or bug? Thanks

My community in cloud website broke out of no where? This is actually a critical point in the day where I get most of my sales and i cant even access admin panel. Not one page in my website. It is telling me to reinstall the software by redirecting me to admin/install. it looks like my whole website was deleted which i really hope wasnt the case. Update: Well email got back quicker than usual. They are fixing it. Can a mod or admin please close.

We've got several members experiencing issues when trying to upload an image into a post. We don't have a max size set for uploads, so that's not the issue. It's most common, they say, with Firefox -- but they're having it with Chrome and Edge as well. They try to upload an image and then wait some time, after which they receive the following error: Sorry, an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file. (Error code: -200) I'm not able to recreate it, but they have this a lot. I'm seeing a number of posts for this error, but we're not having this in Admin side or with animated images. They're taking pics on cameras and trying to upload a JPEG. Any sugg…

Hello we upgraded the test-forum to 4.6.9 There was a message the elasticsearch minimum version was bumped to 7.2 - as also stated in the release notes for 4.6.9. But that message is somehow gone. The support module in the AdminCP still states to not upgrade beyond 6.7: Is the release notes right or the message in the AdminCP? Could you please clarify this? Thanks! 🙃

Hello everyone, I'm kind of new in Invision, wanted to start by thanking the team as it's an awesome product. Unfortunately I'm a bit unexperienced, and I'm trying to get knowledge on everything but as you can imagine, it's a bit overwhelming sometimes. I wanted to know if there is any possibility that the Articles I post (or anyone posts) in Pages, do not count as Forum Post Messages, as I would like to differenciate between "Pages" (or Portal, web) content and Forum posts. I tried to double-check through the AdminCP settings, but I can't find anything to disable articles from increasing the Post Count. Hopefully this is not a big noob question, sor…

Hi, I've already reported that bug, but it seems not yet solved : the e-mail notifying a transaction is awaiting validation (commerce) does not seem to refer to the right string. The content message is only "email_transaction_wait" instead of the corresponding string content. Please, this affects customers relations because it appears like "bugged" and does not inspires confidence... Thankyou
