Can you take a look my cloud IPS? I cant access to the forum and takes 404 error.

How do those system metrics graphs work then as looking at them as a layman it looks like you have had no outage ?

They're response times. During the outage, customer URLs were still responding to requests but they weren't responding with the 'normal' page.
