Hi there! I have a product with a manual payment (the only valid payment for this product), but on renewal it tries to bill automatically through stripe instead of just creating a bill with manual payment. This is from product->store settings "codice predator" is a manual payment while the second one is stripe (but it is disabled for this product). What can I do to avoid automatic billing through stripe (even when it's disabled for the given product)?

Hi there, Some of my members have been complaining recently that they are receiving emails each time someone likes a comment they made. I went into notification settings and then "mentions and my content" settings and see that I can enable for notification list/and or email notification. I cannot tell if this I enable email notification for "mentions and my content" - will a member receive an email every time they are mentioned - or does it include everytime someone likes their content or other content interactions I don't know about? When I was with Wordpress I didn't even have to try to get a great Web Search Presence since there are many SEO WP friendly plugins but of course the rest of it is slow and clunky and expensive. With Invision Community (which I love and have several sites built on) I have almost zero web search presence. Now I'm not genius or expert web developer but it's a hobby, not a business (kinda) and I'm always learning. I like to try and solve issues myself (yea I'm that guy that doesn't like to ask for help) but scouring the internet for anything to do with SEO and Invision Community I only find one article really and thats the Help Guide for SEO on Invision Community …

Just found this topic searching for this issue and I can confirm after updating to 4.6.8 the birthday events are still not displaying on the calendar. When you click on the 86 Birthdays circled in red you receive this. Here is the Calendar settings, it is enabled to show the birthdays.

This morning I have been doing some account approval via admincp. All of a sudden my AdminCP has started going extremely slow. I tried clearing cache and this error comes up under server on the dashboard. Any ideas?

Hi, We upgraded to 4.6.12.1 a couple of days ago and have been receiving reports from members that the "Unread Content" activity stream has changed behavior from only showing every updated thread once regardless of how many new comments there were, to showing one entry in the feed for every new comment, making the stream harder to keep track on due to the amount of entries on some busier threads. Is this related to what's being described in here and now considered intended, or some thing else? Have tried to reindex everything (using elasticsearch if that matters) and also reset the feeds in the admin panel, but that did not change it Any tips/comment…

Question: My Board is 20 years old. After the last major IPB Update, the last 15 years of my Boards Topics were automatically Archived, which rendered them Locked and Unsearchable. This left just 5 years worth of live Topics that could be found in a Search. I understand the need to streamline in order to save data and space but this automatic Archive was egregious. If I was to go into my AdminCP and change that 5 years to say 10 years or even 15 years would the Topics within that time frame that are Archived be Unarchived and then Searchable? If yes, how long would it take? (I only have..gulp..7mbps speed) Should I take my Board Offline during this process? I…

I attached a screenshot of the doubled reactions of my Activity Feed. If a member is a Moderator, this is what they see. You can see that a member SSC has a double reaction, and here is the corresponding thread, where you can see he clearly has only one reaction. I think this is a bug, one of my admins notified me of this issue.

Hi there, We are doing some tuning of our MariaDB and we noticed that the DB engine used by IPB is currently set to MYISAM. We'd like to update this to INNODB but we don't want to do it without making sure we won't break our IPB or any support requirements. Can you let us know if there are any special requirements to updating all our IPB tables to INNODB? Or whether we are simply OK to do it using the following standard command for each table: ALTER TABLE <databasename>.<tablename> engine=InnoDB; Many thanks!

Hey guys, I am currently running into an error with caching. I've done all the steps provided to me by our web host, but this error has been up for nearly a week. Also I am having issues with customer support. I purchased Invision in Feburary and it was stated that I would have email support until August 21, 2022. This is obviously not the case since I am post my issues here. Help?

I uploaded all the files manually on the latest version, however it's throwing 500 internal server error in the /admin/upgrade process. The admin panel works fine, but the site is offline and says update in progress. How can I fix this? System + error logs does not indicate anything is wrong. Hi, I recently purchased the plugin "Change Group After Ban Member". Now I want to retrospectively move all banned members to the Group "Banned". I do the following: Members - Search Cogwheel > Leave everything default > Click "Search"> Select "Banned" Filter>"Move members found">Select Group>OK It then says something like "members queued for moving" - but nothing ever happens. I waited for several days now... Can't find any errors in logs. What can I do?

Hi, is possible set up current ips clubs with below structure: 1. Club for students, club for parents, club for providers 2. Inside each club, create topics that only visible for club members and another topics vissible for all others clubs members. So in a club will contain forum with public privacy and private privacy.

Hello, The upgrade to the cloud button recently added on ACP prevents the global search from working on mobile devices, even using desktop mode browsing. Before, I could see the search box and use the global search to find a user, a forum, anything. Now that search field is gone, and when the search icon is clicked, it won't work 😞 I believe it's before now the Upgrade to Cloud is using up the upper navigation area and is preventing the search field from appearing. However, the search icon will not work either. Thanks
