Is there any documentation around the new Data Layer options within 4.7? This appears to be a great way to leverage Google Tag Manager to get data into Google Analytics including username and other activity such as login, search, creating content, etc. This would make for a really awwwwesome KB article. 😄

I use MaxMind for Commerce. Starting somewhat recently, I discovered that every single one of my Commerce sales were suddenly requiring manual approval. When I looked at the details of the transaction, it gives me a MaxMind error: Warning from MaxMind IP_NOT_FOUND I couldn't find anything useful in my server-side logs, but perhaps I didn't look in the right place. Any ideas why IPS is (apparently?) not sending a valid IP address to MaxMind? Some other notes: I am using the proper 1.3 API of MaxMind. I disabled all MaxMind Commerce rules and this still occurs. Thoughts?

I'm getting error 4S109/5 during upgrade: We were unable to start a PHP session. You will need to contact your host to adjust your PHP configuration before you can continue. The error reported was: session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72) I noticed that the path is incorrect though. It should be ea-php74, since PHP 7.4 is installed. I did check in php.ini, and directly on the server, and can confirm that ea-php74 is correct. It looks to me that the upgrade routine fetches the path from somewhere else, and not from php.ini. I already tried re-installing PHP 7.2 with the same config as I now have on PHP 7.4…

Hey All, As we work on our test conversion and learn IPB4, I've been working on feature parity with our existing software. It seems that 41 addons will go down to about 1, two depending on the answers to my following question. We like to manually give users a badge every month depending on the tier that they pledge to us on at Patreon. Is it possible to grant the same badge more then once, every month? I just tested it, and the system doesn't seem to allow me to grant the same badge again. I don't mind if it just updates the date on a badge regrant or actually gives them multiples of the same badge, either is fine. Or do I need an addon like: I would …

apparently it is a css error, the system when clicking on any menu, button or link shows its call in the navigation bar example url/#elUserLink_menu, it does not show the image galleries created in some forum, it only shows the added text, there is Is there any way to solve a problem of this type on this side when the system is in the cloud? PS: I disabled all the modules and enabled them, there was no positive effect either.

I am wondering if I can transfer ownership of my account (1 active self hosted license) to one of my community staff members? This community has been live for 8 years, most of that time on the cloud, I no longer want to run a forum due to other priorities. Can this be arranged, I have not discussed with my staff pending the decision here as I know this isn't typically allowed, I would not be selling the site for any amount of money, I would be giving it to them.

Hi - I've installed two plugins from the marketplace and I need to remove them, but neither one of them is showing on the plugins page: Am I looking in the wrong place? I also can't seem to find any settings for either of them, but if I go to the plugin in the marketplace, they both tell me that they're already installed.
