Couldn't get it to work. I've updated the stored access section. I'm going to need help with it. Thank you.

After upgrading to 4.7, I'm getting the following when trying to access my admin. [[Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Tried recovery mode, doesn't work. Tried re-uploading all files and upgrading again. No upgrade available. Anything else I can try?
