I'm having issues adding Adsense to my forum. Is there an easier way? I get this error in the preview: Previews for adverts containing javascript are disabled in the admin control panel for security reasons. I'm not seeing any adds on my forum either.

Hello, I've got a problem with a product that expired. The system changed the member's user group after expiration. Then a few days layer the payment went through but the user group was not updated. See attachment. The payment was done on the 19th February. It should have been done the 9th of February. PayPal automated payment went through but ACP did not get that payment. What was the problem here? Member= brose2019 If you log in ACP you will be able to see the expired invoice. But in the attachment you will also see the payment I got from PayPal. How can I fix issue? I know you can mark a forum as read but I have a different question. I have users who read an individual forum thread or post and then want to come back and answer it later instead of now when they click on it. It automatically marks a post as read once you click on it. Is there a setting or way to mark that post unread once read?

Hi, We still on build 4.7.14 (we will update to latest build in a month or so), I just notice notify for security patch, but it seem: "an important security related fix for Commerce users". We do not use commerce at our forum, so it fine to wait for our update for next month? Thanks.

The template parameters for "nexus > global > forms > businessAddress" are the following: $name, $value, $googleApiKey, $minimize=FALSE, $requireFullAddress=TRUE, $htmlId=NULLs, $vat=FALSE The $htmlId parameter wrongly uses NULLs (extra s at the end) instead of NULL.

Just upgraded to 4.7.16, and the update appears to have broken the Combined Fluid View logic. I have two top-level forums in my community that have several sub-forums, that are both set with 'Combined Fluid View'. Instead of displaying topics from just the top-level + sub-forums, these forums now pull topics from every other forum across my community, including Club forums. An image to illustrate: Note that all four of the topics displayed on the left hand side, above, are from completely different forums outside of the 'Sonic News' forum. I'm listing a new product in my store and need the buyer to answer some questions during the purchase. In the Product Setting page, I know I can add Custom Fields to create inputs. I have an input type Select with some options, and I want the form to display different questions based on the option selected. Is it possible to dynamically change the questions based on the selected option?

Hi, I have a site that only has 11 Posts that I primarily use as a website for viewing with no interaction with members, I don't take members. But my hosting company contacted me to tell me that the Database is unusually large of 14gb. Is there anything I can do to possibly clean this up?

I think that there may be something wrong with my forum. My sidebar is not updating the post count and the gallery photo sidebar is not updating as well. The only way to get the post count to update is to clear the chance. However, when I clear the cache the photo disappears from the sidebar. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

Hi We use opensearch and are on the latest ipb version. When I search as an admin I see 9 results for a term but when I use a test account with permissions (currently guest has no access) to read that forum, they can browse threads and see the thread I am searching for, they get no results. Is there something obvious I am missing? The test account primary group is "Member" but that group doesnt have read/write of the forums but they are part of a secondary group that has full access. Thanks

Hello, I am trying to unarchive a topic. I clicked the Moderation Actions drop down and chose "Unarchive". The topic still shows as archived. Now "Unarchive" is no longer displayed in the drop down.

Since the upgrade to 4.7 we have lost the ability to see anonymous users in Recently browsing list. Before upgrade (4.5), we could see them in the list marked with crossed eye like this: After the upgrade, we cannot see anonymous logged users at all. I am logged in as administrator (anonymous login required). My moderators are logged as anonymous if they like. For about 20 years I have been running an Invision forum. Because of its longevity, it has accumulated a lot of posts. Until last week, it was self-hosted. Before moving to Invision Cloud, I noted it had a little over 650,000 posts. Now my Activity Overview shows the forum has 485,536 posts. I just checked the backup of the forum I made before sending the files to Invision, and I see 661,677 posts. Does Invision Cloud tally posts differently from self-hosted?

Never mind, apparently they found the issue and it just came up. My ISP just moved my server to another system and now we are getting a 500 error. I suspect a config error on their part but the attached file is the response I got from them regarding the 500 error. (The site has been running fine for many months before the server move and any input regarding the support rep's response would be appreciated. ) See attached file.

I have a community with over 30,000,000 posts. I have created achievement rules that deal: with posts timeline (registered since and logged in for X days) member's followers (not content!) Then I start rebuilding the achievement. Estimation: it will take some weeks to rebuild. What I do not understand is: why IPS tries to recount reactions, followed items and nodes and other things, if I do not have any rule based on it? E.g., the reaction table is huge (~10GB).
