Dear IPS support, we are currently facing the issue that the registration of new users doesn't work in every case. It was hard to find out what's the background, but the root cause is the behavior of hCaptcha. We have two different options for subscribers to our site: Supporters, and Donors. Both cost the same amount per year. They are set up as subscription plans within the commerce section of the ACP. In fact, there are a few different price points for the same thing, but that's not particularly relevant. The effect of these is that users are moved into the Subscriber or the Donor user group for the year, and then removed afterwards. Hi, I'm having an issue. I have a very low traffic site and I'm having Easy Post do my physical shipping in my store. In 1 month I got charged $100 for 6 physical items shipped. When I contact them they're telling me below I'm getting charged on these "Rating calls". What is this, is it caused by bots? I have a very low traffic site like I said, it's dedicated to a small industry trade.

How do we integrate Google Ads? From the Integration tab, I see the Google Tag option, which if enabled asks for GTM Head Snippet and GTM Body Snippet. Is that the correct place to integrate Google Ads? I had a subscription plan in the past that has been deleted. There were no active subscribers on the plan as I removed it. Now, the users who purchased this subscription in the past cannot buy another subscription on my site. They do not see the button “Buy”. I went and removed all previous expired subscriptions from one user. He has literally nothing in his client account now. But the user still cannot buy any subscription on my site. Is there anything else I should do, to allow users with a “deleted” subscription plan in the past to buy one that exists? You can even reproduce this issue directly on Invision Community's forum. Step 1: Reply to any topic on a mobile browser (tested on Android). Type in: Test @Test Step 2: Try to remove the mention tag, you can't.

🥚 🐈⬛ Please check the emojis in the title with strange chars around them that are messing up the URL (see this topic's URL). Hi, the sidebar has been moved from the side in the forum and now appears at the bottom. If I place it on 'Left' it is at the top of the forum, if I place it on 'Right' it is at the bottom of everything. I want to have it on the side.

Hello guys, We had this problem that the default profile photo was deleted or somehow removed or gone. Is there a possiblity that it somehow gone or removed after update? Im pretty sure it was not deleted as I was the only person responsible updating the IPB and for sure I did not removed it. Hi there, We have seen a spate of new users that embed links into quoted text from other posts which is quite long. This then does not show the link, until the "quoted" text is expanded. Is there a solution, option where specific groups of users cannot add links to any part of the post, even if it is quoted text? Many thanks Hans

Hi All! One of my student told me she was not receiving any notification for a Topic she follows (it was working fine previously). I tested with a test account and I am not receiving any notification either. Any idea why it's (not) happening? PS: I'm wondering if it has something to do with the whole Gmail / Yahoo compliance thinggy. Are Invision's notification emails all verified SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
