Hello, I am having an issue with the event calendar for recurring events in the 'overview' view. I have a biweekly recurring event (February 13th and 27th). When I first open the calendar for the current month it only shows the 13th event: After I switch to another month, e.g. March, and then switch back to February the calendar will show the second event: Is it possible to configure the calendar for showing both events? Thank you!

Menus across my forum has stopped working after I just renewed the license; quite frustrating since things were working before I upgraded everything. Dropdowns only show # in URL but nothing happens. PHP version is at 8.0. What is going on. Attaching screenshot for reference.

I'm trying to upgrade my InvisionCommunity forum from version 4.4.2 to 4.7.18, but I'm encountering issues with PHP compatibility. When I switch to PHP 8.1 (which is required for 4.7.18), my forum stops working, and I can't access the admin/upgrade page. On the other hand, without switching to PHP 8.1, I can't proceed with the upgrade. I'm stuck and unsure how to move forward with this upgrade. What steps should I take to successfully update from 4.4.2 to 4.7.18? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I haven't changed anything in the admin area other than editing theme files nightly to rotate advertisements and I have not applied the latest update, so I don't know why it's doing this. So out of the blue when I go to edit a theme it comes back with an error, "This theme file could not be saved". So I tried making a new theme with no parent and it also throws an error when trying to edit.

Hi, When I try searching for a domain, the search goes on for several minutes, eventually timing out and returning a 504 error. I have the system defaulted to 'all terms, but otherwise uses default settings. This has been going on for at least two days. It is possible that it is connected with the latest update.

Hello We've just run the August maintainence update and now we're getting an orange 'Hot! X replies' badge showing up next to some posts. W have not had this before and we do not want it, but I cannot find a way to turn it off in settings. An old post pointed to Control Panel > Community > Forums > Settings but I cannot find anything there. Has anyone else worked out how to switch this off? Thanks 🙂

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom block which inherit from "upcoming events" with the same template except for one thing, the title (but I also have the issue when the template is the exact same thing). The issue is the block is "transparent" or not "ending" : I tried to not edit the template at all like you'll see on the config below, but still have the issue Here's the very basic config :

I have and issue with the push notifications on an iPhone. I cannot seem to get the push notification activated. I have tried a couple of things: 1. First off; when i go to push notifications on the account and i want to activate them i get the message: 'not supported by browser'. 2. I then switched 'notifications' on in the advanced section of safari. 3. I have made a shortcut to the website on the homescreen of the iPhone. 4. Again i go to the accountestting > push notifications; the message went from 'not supported by browser' to 'enable in this browser'. We are trying to move some topics to an archive forum and rename an existing forum. This is for a very small number of topics, probably less than 20 (but I don't know for sure because I can't view them any more). The background process has been stuck at 0% for over a week. We've tried running it manually multiple times and it says "completed" but still shows the task stuck at 0. The forums in question can't be edited, showing "Moving/Deleting" in the CP. How can we either force this process to complete or kill it and do everything manually?

Dear IPS support, there is a bug in the bulkmail logic when using SendGrid as external provider. The unsubscribe link in the send email is not valid. The reason for that is the "ClickTracking" logic. What's happening: applications/core/extensions/core/Queue/Bulkmail.php => function "run" calls "mergeAndSend" in SendGrid implementation. The mergeAndSend calls "compileContent" with member-parameter FALSE "compileContent" creates the mail content, including the unsubscribe link. Later in the code/function the "ClickTracking" is added. Hi everyone, I've got a slightly neglected for the last couple of years Invision Community board running for a car club. It was left hanging running php7.3 and I could no longer upgrade to 4.7 (I was running the latest supported by php7.3). This is a privately owned VPS and the person managing the system bit, upgraded to 8.3 which (as I read here) is not compatible. So it was downgraded to 8.0.30 but I am still getting an error 500 even when trying to open the AdminCP. The ips4 compatibility tester does not show any issues and I'm at a loss at this point. i recently modified the images of some of the ranks on my community and shortly after out of nowhere, my rank was reset to the beginning. i modified it back but it keeps resetting to 0. this is happening on my main admin account & possibly others. access information is up to date and i have not calculated ranks since the beginning.

Now that goals have been replaced by key events in UA4, I've gone through the commerce modules checkout flow and built some events around the various stages, but there's a few things I can't work out. When clicking through the various pages, I can't detect that they've added card details or shipping info because the text of the button they click on at those stages is the same. Also when I get to the checkout page, nopne of the basket info is iin the datalayer, and none of the css or html attributes on the page let me pull out the cart values into variables. How have other people got round this problem?

This is a new issue that started occurring this morning. I read a thread and it's flagged as read, then a few minutes later I reload the page and the thread is flagged as unread, with unread posts. When I go to the first unread post, it takes me to the post before last in the thread, to which I just answered a few minutes ago - so my last answer is the last post in the thread. Even a new thread with one single post from a new user that I just approved and replied to is flagged as unread.

For the past few months, Invision has blocked my yahoo email address. I've used that email address for the past 36 years with no issues with all the forums I visit, all the forums I've created myself on other platforms, and still use that email address every day to this day, yet Invision won't let me use it. 😞 One of my moderators has the same problem, our forum won't let him use his normal email address so he's no longer receiving any notifications.
