Hello, I've been working with Stripe for a long time and today is the first time that I receive an email from them. This message says there is trouble sending requests to a webhook associated with my account. I've not touched/changed Stripe configuration since the first time I configured it. Today, I got the email attached. I am not sure what it means. When the URL mentioned in the email is loaded, I will get an error. See attachment. Should I worry about this? Is there any issue? The Events homepage (aka. https://invisioncommunity.com/events/) does not provide basic meta tags for good indexation. It has only a minimalist title tag "Events + website title" and no description meta tag... Is there a way to tune this ??

Hi, I want to clear the session whenever my browser closed. Also I want to clear cookies if I close my browser. Currently expiration cookies showing this value- "expirationDate": 1678178602.244715, that means Mar 07 2023. Can i reduce this? Another thing i want to know that, if I copied my own browser's cookies to another pc on a different browser and surprisingly I managed to open logged in account of my website with existing sessions even after Public IP changed!! How to prevent this. Please advise.

Is there any easy ways to add a link-able page to my forums without buying pages? I literately just need 1 page to list some advertising rates on an that's it! I hate to pay $150 plus an extra $20 per month just for that! I could even build a page in a directory if I had to but I don't know how to make it look like a forum page. Thanks in advance!

Hi, My apologies since this is probably a very stupid question and a very simple fix but I slept very little due to a server failure. We moved our self-hosted IPS install from one webserver to another. We copied over the public_html directory and updated the IP in conf_global.php, however, we're getting a 404 error when we access any page other than the homepage. Can someone point me in the right direction? All the .htaccess should have been moved over, no?

I started the latest update and it asked me for php 8.0 minimum. I updated php to version 8.1, then in the admin panel now there is a red box saying: We were unable to start a PHP session. You will need to contact your host to adjust your PHP configuration before you can continue. The error reported was: session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php80) I contacted the host and they said everything is ok on their side. What can i do? My forum is stopped now

I was going to check the Calendar of my community after a long [Covid] period without Events There's not much that works anymore ... I must have missed something What I notice is that I make calls with URLs like ../forums/calendar/... and then the system rewrite them in ../forums/events/... And the result is an error page "The page you requested does not exist" Any idea for the way to fix this...? Thanks! PS : my version is 4.7.5

My members have been complaining about not receiving emails from my IPS site. I found out that my host is filtering a lot of the emails that are generated via IPS as spam. I've already done all the server site and DNS settings for DMARC, DKIM, SPF, etc. They are recommending that I change the subjects of the emails that are being generated. Is there an easy way to add a prefix or something to all outgoing emails?

As per title, can anybody tell me how to modify the template to stop the thumbnails from being cropped into landscape? I only want to show a single image drawn from a gallery of mixed orientation images on a sidebar. There's no need for this cropping.

So everyday I get about 3 dozens new accounts flagged for admin approval because the spam defense returned a score 4. How do you deal with these? So far I've been checking the emails in the stopforumspam.com database and the IPs in the cleantalk.org database and if one of those returns that the account is a spammer, is it better to ban or delete the account? I'm worried that with banning I'll quickly end up with 10s of thousands of banned accounts in my database. Meanwhile if I catch someone actually posting a spammy link I just "Flas as a spammer" on their profile. I'm not sure I fully grasp which one of those three choices I should pick? Ba…

I'm seeing an odd issue with the editor in 4.7.5. All my icons were reset with the latest upgrade (which is annoying), so I had to repopulate them. Unfortunately, it seems the editor prematurely wraps the icons wherever the Font or Size links appear. For instance, This is rather ugly, and a waste of vertical space in the editor, so I'd like to fix this if possible. It happens in all three modes (large/medium/small). Any insight as to how to fix this would be appreciated. One additional data point, if my browser window is wide enough to display all the icons, they don't wrap. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you, ..Al

Hello, our message board has been receiving the "This community is temporarily unavailable" a lot over the last couple months. I assumed the issue was potentially related to diskspace (showing as 22GB right now), and I went through and deleted a bunch of attachment files, pruned some threads, but it didn't seem to do anything to our disk space size. So now I'm not sure what to do in order to resolve this issue. Please help!

After upgrading from IPB 4.5.4.2 to the latest, and upgrading PHP from 7.4 to 8.0, I received a message in the notifications options saying that PHP GMP was not installed. I installed the missing extension and phpinfo() now shows it is active: The push notifications options are again available in the admin panel. When a notification is received, there is a message saying a request will be sent to the browser to enable push notifications, but nothing happens after that: This happens for me (using Brave, shields down) and also for the customer who reported the initial problem. I don't know what browser they are using.
