Hi all, As it's possible to hide all of a member's posts with a couple of clicks, is it possible to then unhide it somehow? Of course, all that content still exists, so there must be a way to do this, yes? (or it would seem pointless hiding in the first place, and may as well have just deleted it). Thanks.

I have this htaccess file in my IPS forums directory and checking to see if this is the correct code? Hello, I'm trying to update some apps through marketplace but it doesn't work and return this error, it's same for all apps. Logs: Extraction from phar "/tmp/IPSMPuippXh.tar" failed: Cannot extract "Application.php" to "/usr/share/nginx/html/applications/axenfontawesome6/Application.php", setting file permissions failed Anyone know this issue ? On our main page we have a portal block that contains a welcome text and a rotating set of images. I need to update the text to reflect some small changes. I have tried using the Block Manager but if I highlight the block and select Edit all I get are options to change settings and visibility but not the contents. Reading the Guide seems to infer I need to have the Pages app to make such edits which seems rather an expensive way of making the small changes. Am I missing something ? Thanks Al

When I inserted the image using insert image button, the image was still showing in the editor. But when I posted it, the image is gone and only show whitespace and giving me the below image. I don't know what caused it, please advise. Thank you

I have a sub-forum that is not visible to members group. But this should be, I checked and rechecked. Similar sub-forums do not have this issue. Permissions are set correctly, yet it does not appear and topics inside are not accessible. Is there anything that I might be missing or this is just a bug of sorts?

We ran into this issue last year too, we have a member that has PayPal auto renewal turned on, we can see the payment processed, the Profile ID matches on the PayPal invoice and the customer data in Invision, it even says next renewal date is September 14, 2023, but its not moving him to the subscriber group or showing that his invoice has processed on the Invision side:

Hello, I have users that belong to two user groups (primary and secondary) and NONE of them have any permissions to POST/COMMENT in any forum. Still, the POST NEW TOPIC button appears at the top. How can I hide that button? I can't see why it keeps on appearing if the user groups are not allowed to POST/COMMENT anywhere on the site. I double checked both user groups and they can't comment/reply/answer anywhere. Thanks

Hi there, I'm seeing that Tags using spaces don't show up any result when searching for them. ie a topic is created using tag: "simple word". The tag is applied, but when I click on it, it doesn't show any search results. Any advise? Regards

Hi We sent a bulk email out to our members containing a mailto style of url which is failing to work. It does not open the recipients email client instead what they get is this link back to our website which fails (is this the track links in emails feature). Using current v4.7.4. Like this: someone@here.com We have used the mailto links without issues before.

I got this error when I'm trying to install the suite on my dev install. Problem is that is happens in the install when it tries to create the table, so I can go to that table and change the format. What can I do here?

I have configured 4 products in a group that are all renewal plan with different prices and the upgradeable options with price difference are well checked. However when someone takes product 1 at 5$ and takes product 2 at 10$. He is charged the full price of product 2 and keeps both products. Is this normal or how can I configure this correctly?

I just have upgraded to the latest version and since that my users are getting a "Access denied" error when trying to download any file. Files are stored on my own amazon S3 system which was working fine before... I have put my website on maintenance mode while this issue is still present so I hope that this will get solved very soon. I am able to upload new files when posting a new download on the website and the file is uploaded to the S3 bucket without any issue but when downloading the file, I always get a "Access denied" issue. It seems that i'm not the only one to have this issue:

Hi, since I update to Invision Community v4.7.5 anyone who registered an account after the update, those members gets a error 500, and the Admin gets an error 500 when clicking a new member profile in ACP members. And IPS look at this ASAP.

Hi Everyone, I am recently onboarded someone to help me admin my site. She needs to be able to use the Page Builder however when it opens a page using the "Open Page Builder" button, or we add ?_blockManager=1 to the URL, it page builder mode does not open. She is using Chrome. I think I have set her up with all the correct admin permissions: The only difference I can obviously see between our browsers is that she uses an Apple Mac laptop. I know absolutely nothing about Macs. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks, Nigel

Hello again. I'd like to ask you something. I have a product in the forum which generates a key and uses email as identifier, so far so good. I've set the product to be valid for 2 days for a specific price just like that: Looking back in the store from ACP after a purchase this is what I get: My question is: Is it possible to pause (or keep on hold) the membership "timer" until at least "1 of unlimited amount of uses" are generated? e.g. In order for the user to start his 48 hours period license timer to have it activated at least once.
