Hello, now i only can download my paid files if i keep my ips license active. I understand if i want to download a free app... but can't download the app i already pay? It's mine, i have a pay for updates and i can't download?

But on ips marketplace i can't.

This is not right. IPS don't have any new big update to convince me to update my license.
 

Any chance you can add support for Venmo as a payment option now that they support business profiles?  I get a lot of requests from members to pay via Venmo and have pushed them to use PayPal given Venmo didn't allow business transactions before.  I know Venmo is owned by PayPal but for mobile users there is a strong preference and ease of use with Venmo

Hi, I have a few suggestions for Pages App that I miss a lot after switching from Wordpress. The application itself works great and is very flexible, but it still lacks a lot of options, which I will try to describe below. 
First of all option which I miss on start is a Poll/Vote option, because I cannot add a poll with voting in any way to article, which is available only in the forum application. It would be great to see  possibility to adding a poll into our articles.
Tables - it is not possible to insert tables with a certain number of columns and rows. This option isn't available in any of the apps, but it would be nice to see one in Pages. For example, I am adding a table with 3 columns and 5 rows, e.g. for movies. The columns contain information such as the name of the film, Production Year and Genre, which can be sorted in ascending or descending order, while in the rows we complete the data related to the columns.
Author Box - as simply as the name suggests, adding the option to insert a small window about the author of the content and a short description of it, which would be added as a widget from the side panel in any selected place, e.g. under the content of an article in Pages.
 
These are all my suggestions so far, I hope one of them will be in a newer version of Pages.

I humbly and respectfully would like to pardon my request that the Invision Development Team please give significant consideration in possibly developing a command-line upgrade and import option. It could be most beneficial for large communities whose content ranges in the millions or billions.

Please consider providing a command line PHP script to perform installs/upgrades in a cronjob (or as single interactive command). I can handle automating updating the PHP files, but it is a problem to upgrade the database (which resides on multiple servers in multiple datacenters) in a production environment.
I need to be able to perform upgrades of the database and the php files with minimal downtime, perhaps in the early mornings unattended. Ideally, upgrades could be performed in a rolling update to multiply PHP servers/MySQL databases. These services run in containers and rolling updates are easy to automate with the right upgrade system tasks. The upgrades can be tested in the development servers before being pushed to the production servers.

A member can send a photo/avatar for his/her profile. But it is not possible to have in the client tab to have a picture of the client that the administrator has updated and that cannot be modified by the member.
I would like the member to be able to send a photo or avatar at his or her convenience as at present and that in the client menu of the CP-Admin it is possible to put the photo to the client, since we usually have the name and surname of the person.
 

When you add a database relationship, it would be nice if you can define it as unique so that only 1 record in that database can relate it to another in another database.
So I have Record 1 in Database 1
In Database 2 I want to associate Association 1 to Record 1 using the database Relationship field.
However once Association 1 is related to Record 1 I no longer want any other Associations in Database 2 to be able to use Record 1 for this field.
My use case. I have a master list database (Database 1) and then I have sub databases with associated data that needs to be unique per master list item.
So:
Database 1 Record
Database 2 Association 1 Database 3 Association 1 Database 4 Association 1, Association 2, Association 3 In my case I have a master listing and 3 associated databases where 2 of them need unique listings per master listing (looking for affiliates and looking for staff) there is no reason a single listing should have more than one of each of those in the associated database.

Hello through this I come to suggest to developers to make a complete integration of WHMCS with IPB.
I currently manage 2 companies with almost the same purpose but unfortunately I end up separating my platform clients and this has been a big problem.
It would be interesting for developers to integrate the IPB system with the WHMCS primary functions such as:
Record
Profile
Revenues
Sale
Type of services (cPanel, cloud, vmware application)
It is extremely complex, I know that, but it will strengthen the community whose focus is IT applications and solutions.

Agreed. A proper support request is usually more elaborate than the quick chat message this interface seems to be made for. 

This new support system sucks, why do you have keep fixing something that wasn't broken to begin with? 

We had a perfectly good ticket system that allowed us to keep track of our ticket history and it was clearly organised per licensed community site, but you suddenly abandoned it and transferred our data to Zendesk without requesting our consent or with any form of consultation.
Now you've dumped Zendesk because you prefer 20th century email format correspondence, and we have this disorganised mess, with tickets lost in an Inbox myriad of emails. Have Zendesk still got our contact info and details?
It doesn't even work properly. I recently used it for the first time and it was good to see I could upload a short mp4 screen recording of my issue I was experiencing that Support couldn't replicate. However after attaching the mp4, typing my reply in that tiny cramped box, it refused to send the message until I removed the video attachment.
Why let me upload a video clip in the first place if it's not going to let me submit it? Why no error message to actually tell me why I can't submit a reply?
What does it mean when it says "What channel do you prefer"?  Er, The History Channel and Discovery HD. 

We utilize a very large gallery and at times there is a need for some mass cleanup.  We have noticed the following items could be improved:
 
Currently there is no option to select multiple images to change owner, must be done one by one. You can hide/delete/etc, but not alter ownership. Currently there is no option to move images into another users album if moderator/admin. You can only move them into albums you have created. If an album has ownership changed, there is no option to apply that change to the images inside the album. Therefore the album is under a new owner, but the images remain under the original album owner. This is ok in some cases, but undesirable in others, an option would be helpful here.

Here's the thing, sometimes custom css is paired with custom buttons, and when that's the case those custom buttons no longer work when you're editing page tops and forum rules etc in the admin cp. To remedy this, adding a 4th option to Admin CP theme Auto, Light, Dark and Custom would be nice. That way you can use your custom css in the rules / page tops.

I have created different types of subscriptions but I find that it would be convenient to be able to create categories that are not visible to all members. I don't want to use the shop because the subscription system means that you can only have it in a subscription.
The member might see only 3 subscriptions and if he subscribes to one of them, then he will be able to see the other subscription possibilities.

1: No, it's not. Because some people would like to pay a month for something, to try it out. If said person likes what they bought, they might come back and buy lifetime. I think you misunderstood the point of the post completely.
2: Doesn't really matter what they believe. If people are buying your product (especially for the amount that IPS costs), I'd hope they'd have the respect to listen to suggestions and potentially add them (it's a good idea anyway!?). Other forum softwares have integrated such functionality, and IPS is lacking. This isn't to undermine the software, this is just to show that people will appreciate more customization with some of the systems IPS has.

This feature, or at least a great part of what you're describing, used to be in earlier versions (3.x and below) of the software. I'm not sure why it was removed. I'd like to have it back, however.
