  1. Thank you for updating the details. This is going to require a further look by our advanced support team so I have transferred this to a ticket. We will be in contact with you via email.
  2. Yes, this is from server permissions. You will want to reach out to your hosting provider to ensure the proper permissions are set on your folders/files and owned by the proper user/group for your server. Only they will be able to assist you with this.
  3. Thank you, I have moved this to our internal track. A fix should be available in a future maintenance release. Thank you again for your report.
  4. I've taken care of that. Appears to be some old, badly formatted HTML from a copy/paste.
  5. The resolution to this issue was not included in 4.6.9, I'm afraid.
  6. Looks like the files did not get applied. AWS is having some issues right now outside our control so some things are a little slower than normal in communication. I would recommend waiting a little while then trying again.
  7. This appears to be a bug I am facing as well. I have reported this internally to our developer team and a fix will become available in a future release. Thanks for making us aware!
  8. Are you stating that these plugins are no longer available in the Marketplace so you want to switch them to custom to upload a new version?
  9. There is an upgrade in process from your end, please let me know once that is completed and I can take a look.
  10. Please ensure that you do not have auto-ads enabled by Google as these would appear where Google deems them as "best" which may be completely different from where you see as "best". You may wish to disable your Google AdSense script entirely. We do not implement any advertisements on Clients sites so this would be something added by you or your team. It is just merely finding what exactly it is. If you would like us to take a look at your installation, please let us know.
  11. Have you tried switching to an unmodified theme? Are all files current with the version you upgraded to?
  12. The following directories would need to be writable per your server's configuration (typically, this is 777 but may be 755 if you have suPHP or suexec or some other odd configuration), the rest can be normal: applications datastore plugins uploads and all sub-directories of uploads Of course, your installation may have different custom attachment directories which may also require to be writable.
  13. There would be no index.html in the root installation folder in our upgrade package, I'm afraid.
  14. It is simply a warning that there are repeated log entries in your system log and you would want to review them as it is an indication that something may be wrong. The warning itself is not an indication that something is currently wrong. That warning will stay there till those log entries get pruned.
  15. Please find Rules, Ranks, and Badges exported attached 🙂 . You'll need to unzip them locally to your community then import each individual .xml file to the appropriate screen. Achievement_Badges.zip
  16. These logs look quite old and I cannot reproduce them currently so it could be they are from an older version and have since been resolved. If you are able to reproduce them, please let us know.
  17. Unfortunately, the granularity of the block only goes down to forums, not topics so this would require a customization.
  18. I would recommend comparing this to the unmodified, default theme. Unfortunately, custom themes are outside our scope of support so that would be your best bet here.
  19. Looks like you had a blank index.html file in your root directory which was being read here. I re-named that file (in case you need it) to oldindex.html. That seems to have resolved your issue.
  20. I would suggest disabling your third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme first of all. If that does not resolve the issue, please check to see if you have mod_security enabled and disable it. If all else is not helping, please remove any custom URL rewrites or redirects.
  21. You would want to enable "Use a Feature Color?" in the forum settings.
  22. This is a part of the theme as you can see here with ours: You would need to modify your theme if you do not wish for this to happen which, I'm afraid, is outside our scope of support. I will move this ticket to our peer to peer forum for further assistance.
  23. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  24. You will not want to reinstall the software. The table's data can be truncated in core_output_cache as the system will rebuild it. However, the table in your screenshot above is required and you may lose theme data specific to your theme so it is recommended to restore a previous backup if that table is corrupted.
  25. After completing registration, I am hitting your Profile Completion rules in ACP -> Members -> Profiles -> Profile Completion:
