  1. As mentioned by my colleague, this was done because of the caching in place you would have a topic with incorrect unread/read status so in fact, from our point of view, was worse as people may think they read something when they didn't or get frustrated when they read something it did not properly be marked as such. You're more than welcome to post a feature suggestion for this but at this time, this is the decision we're moving with. Sorry I do not have better news for you.
  2. $100 for a renewal would be correct as you own multiple applications on your license: Forums: $40 Gallery: $15 Commerce: $45 Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
  3. There are a few different ways to find your topics here. No need to sift through everyone else's (unless that's your objective): Go to your Profile -> Activity -> Topics (or posts). Create an activity stream for content you've posted in with this forum. Search topics in this forum which you were the author. Only follow your support topics so you get email copies of replies. (Not as useful but hey, there will be a link there in your email for easy reference) Above are just some examples to find your support topics more easily than sifting through the whole support forum 🙂 .
  4. I have moved this to our Feature Suggestions forum for review for a future release.
  5. Turning on the "Trust IP Addresses provided by proxies" would enable it to show the real users IP address. So it is the answer to obtaining the real user's IP address.
  6. Did you resolve the error with the 404 errors coming up on your server. You would need to do that first, I'm afraid.
  7. Looks like a syntax error is happening with your file. I have added a bug report to see if we can help resolve that with a friendlier message 🙂 . Please try using the attached. Members.csv
  8. Likely this is too related to the 404 errors accessing files on your server which you're encountering throughout your community. You will need to solve that first then clear cache in ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches
  9. This again would be related to a 404 error on your server as your server is having issues accessing files. I have moved this to the advanced self-hosting assistance forum for you.
  10. Only the following folders would need to be writable which in most cases is 777. Of course, if you're using suPHP or suexec this would be 755: applications datastore plugins uploads and all sub-folders of uploads The rest of the folders would need to be 755 or your server defaults. Files would just need to be readable unless otherwise noted in setting up certain features of the software. Please note that there may be other things like the user/group which owns the folder/file which would need to be setup per your server. If you are not comfortable performing this, I would advise contacting your server administrator or hosting provider. If you self-manage your server, hiring a server administrator may be a good idea in this situation. Please note I have also moved your topics to the advanced self-hosting assistance forum
  11. For some reason here, it looks like the post was marked as hidden but the topic itself is not. I have moved this to a ticket for our developers to further investigate here.
  12. I would advise contacting your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance. Judging by the recent topics you've submitted there is an issue at server level here. If you would like I can move these topics to the server assistance forum but I'm afraid, it is beyond our software support here.
  13. Could you provide an example? Are the files present? Sounds like per your Stripe topic, you may be having some server issues finding files.
  14. That file is indeed present? Is there something on your server preventing access?
  15. Please make sure you're editing the locale in the ACP -> Customization -> Languages -> edit your language -> Locale: From what you described, it sounds like you have multiple language packs installed and are simply changing the language pack. I'm sorry but that is not what we're instructing you to do here.
  16. It would simply need to be readable so simple file permissions of 644 should work.
  17. Sorry to burst the bubble but yes, everyone is correct. USA date of 02/06/2022 would be February 6th, 2022. Self-hosted licenses renew every 6 months.
  18. First things first, is the URL correct in your webhook settings in Stripe as indicated in our software? 🙂 Is the URL accessible on your server?
  19. I am not quite sure what you mean by "Copy setting value" but the locale does not control what language various elements are in our software, it only controls dates, numbers, etc... formatting.
  20. You have a ticket in with our Accounts team so they will reach out to you during regular business hours.
  21. I am sorry to hear of your issues with priority support. However, our accounts team will be able to resolve what is happening here as it may be a mistake between our old and new priority support packages but our accounts team will need to confirm. If you are having an issue though with your community, I am happy to help you here. Please let us know.
  22. This is not the language pack in our software but rather the locale which is a language file on your server which controls date, number, etc... formats. The locale is a setting in ACP -> Customization -> Languages -> edit language -> Locale.
  23. The default formatting of the output of the field will be in that of your locale. However, if you are using custom formatting, this will not be and you will need to look at template syntax to change the formatting then. I'm afraid, customizations such as custom formatting of a field is outside our scope of support. If you're using default formatting, you will want to check the locale of the language you're using.
  24. Please contact your advertising provider for assistance if you are not getting the expected results. Unfortunately, our software is outputting what you're placing in the advertising module as you can see below. I'm afraid, as mentioned, we would not be able to assist with custom or third party code.
