The manual action required is due to issues on your server that prevented the auto-upgrader from extracting the files itself. You will need to ensure that the owner/group of all folders/files are correct for your server. Then also check to ensure that your server is able to move files from /tmp to your installation directory.

All file storage configurations that are in use in ACP -> System -> Files -> Storage Settings -> Configurations have valid paths? -
Likely one of these cache templates were corrupted or otherwise missing. You will want to check to see if your server went over it's disk quota during this issue. I have removed the old cache templates so new ones will generate when you enable it again. However, if you are going over a storage disk quota, I would not advise enabling it till you get that resolved.

Sorry, there are no settings in the software to control this. It would require a customization of the software in way of a theme or plugin edit. Unfortunately, these items are outside our scope of support. I am happy to move this to the community support forum if you would like? -

At this time, we have not fully claimed support for 8.1. Testing is still something which we have on our to-do list.

Yes, each author will add in their Marketplace listing how they wish to conduct official support for their add-on. This author seems to support both that topic or a message. As seen in the below screenshot:

Created a ticket for this to get further investigated because something is happening here which I cannot reproduce on my own test installation, plus I can't seem to get this to be disabled with third party add-ons as you also stated. You will receive an email once someone has investigated the issue.

You get 1 free license URL reset every 6 months with an active license. Beyond that there is a charge of $15 to combat abuse of people license swapping/hopping for applications, support, etc... which was/has been an issue. You also get a Test URL with a self-hosted license. We, of course, are rather understanding as we aren't going to get rich off these $15 reset prices 🙂 and like here, can change it when it is brought up when there is a good reason for it.

Sorry, here in support I can only inform you on how the software operates today. If you have suggestions to change that, please post your suggestion in the Feature Suggestion forum. I would advise assigning a group to the permissions you want then assigning that to each individual moderator. The intended design would be that if you provide an individual member a moderator selection, it will indeed overwrite and group selections. If you have suggestions to change that, please post your suggestion in the Feature Suggestion forum. There is not really something for this at this point in time. There is internal discussions about permissions and making it easier to see what groups or members have access to what. However, nothing is set in stone at this point in time or can I guarantee a release point of that. Due to that, like the above, I would recommend creating a suggestion for this as well. This way we can stay on top of it.

Unfortunately, this is not something which I can reproduce on our core software. As you have a customized theme and quite a few third party applications/plugins, please switch to an unmodified theme and also disable third party applications/plugins. This will allow you to get a base for what is happening here.

Unfortunately, there is something wrong with your server's configuration. I uploaded our compatibility checker to your server which is a pretty straight-forward, basic script.
