  1. When you say it doesnt work, what exactly isnt working? Are you referring to automatically embedding? If so, that is actually correct. It will only play in safari as its an apple movie standard. The issue however was that it wouldnt download in other browsers instead of embedding. That is what was resolved. Please could you clarify?
  2. Please update these in the client area rather than via pm, as this is a secure area. Please do not send details via the PM system.
  3. There is no such facility for this at the moment. However its an interesting idea, and I will move this topic to our suggestions area.
  4. What errors are being recorded in your server error logs?
  5. As mentioned in another item on the same topic, we are not doing anything specific here relating to the auto play of video. It also seems this is only happening since updating iOS. So unfortunately, it would seem its an iOS issue here, rather than one with the software.
  6. On asking internally, we are not doing anything specific here relating to the auto play of video. It also seems this is only happening since updating iOS. So unfortunately, it would seem its an iOS issue here, rather than one with the software.
  7. This would usually be something in which is switched on/off within iOS. Take a look in Settings->Accessability->Motion . Wondering if they have changed the default in the latest releases of iOS
  8. Please can you update your login details on file? I can then take a look while Im logged in. Im not seeing any issues when Im not logged in there
  9. Glad to see you found the issue there. Hopefully you an get a fix for the plugin you were using
  10. If you switch off lazy loading, are you seeing the same problem?
  11. Which page is that? Is that your home page or another page?
  12. It would seem an issue just on your own browser there. Im not actually seeing it happening on my end at all
  13. Smooth scrolling isnt really something that is controlled by the software. This is something that would be controlled by the browser. Unfortunately it is a browser issue you would be looking at there
  14. Your renewals give you the spam service, the ability to download the latest releases, access to client related area etc. Not just support. With regards why you pay for renewals when you are not upgrading your site from an unsupported version, there is only really yourself who can answer that question. Our advice would be to upgrade. The version you are using there has not been supported for years, and isn't even supported for security related issues. The choice not to upgrade is entirely your own there
  15. In the instance there, the user could not find the support button as they were looking in the wrong place. Simply as they were used to looking for it elsewhere. Not sure how creating a document on our support process would resolve that issue. Of course I can ensure the guide is updated on obtaining support, as that would indeed resolve that issue
  16. Indeed it looks to be an OS issue, rather than one our end unfortunately. I can see it on my windows 10 machine, but it does seem whatever the issue is, they have resolved it on windows 11. Not much help at the moment I know, but at least you know they will resolve it eventually
  17. Please let us know if you manage to get that solved
  18. You would need to pull the URLs and scopes that you need to set up in th auth2 setup shown by my colleague above and enter those. We would not be able to assist with actually setting it up or getting the correct information unfortunately. If you are unsure what which items are, you would need to contact that oauth2 provider to ask those questions.
  19. Glad you managed to find a solution to the problem you were trying to solve there 🙂
  20. There isnt any plan to change the way in which these work in relation to caching at the present time, unfortunately. Glad you found what was happening there though
  21. As this is an individual persons subscription you are referring to here, the simplest method would have been to change the expiry date of the item to a month further on. To do this, you would select the item on the users customer view tab, and then click edit, and change the date
  22. Just wanted to follow up on this one. We have been working to find better ways to provide information to you regarding items which may not yet be solves, but are awaiting being solved. When there are items such as this, you will now see prefixes are added to the topic to state they are known issues, or they are fixed in a future release. You can see an example of this here, as we have now started using them This is in addition to other items we have for use internally to follow up on items. So we can internally add to our own records to follow up on an issue, and come back to keep you guys updated when we can. 🙂
  23. Thank you for reporting. I have added this as a bug to our internal bug tracker
  24. I believe you may find this of interest 😉
  25. No problem. If you have any external caching, I would also ensure you disable that
