  1. I have created a ticket for you, so we can take a look at this
  2. There is no way in which to create groups based on a profile field unfortunately.
  3. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this so we can take a closer look. There was no further reply from yourself to say you had move messages from the 13th. Now we are, we can of course look further
  5. Microsoft has issues with DNS over the last day, so I suspect this is where you are seeing the issues
  6. I have actually just realised what will have been causing this. Its likely this will go away. Microsoft had issues with quite a few of their services yesterday.
  7. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. Its very likely, if they are using a free one especially, that this is the cause.
  9. First of all, Im very glad to see you managed to get upgraded 🙂 Is this showing repeatedly, or just the once just the upgrade? If just the once, I would say just to let us know if you see that happen again on any future upgrades.
  10. Looking back at what you have there. Please disable mod_security, as I believe that may well be what is causing your problem
  11. If you can provide both the name of the member you are sending to, and the name of the person sending, we can certainly take a look for you
  12. No problem, Jay. Appreciate the patience and hopefully we can get to the bottom of the issue for you. I will do some more testing myself to see if I can replicate this end under different conditions
  13. Unless there is some reason you believe they shouldnt be there, then yes. If that is a backup, it should be an identical copy. At present it isnt, so you are missing uploads
  14. Glad to hear you got the problem resolved there 🙂
  15. If you go to Community>Forums>Settings, then scroll to the "Topic settings" section, you will see "Email author to mark a reply as a solution". This is where you would switch this off.
  16. You would then need to check with your hosting company to see what is suppressing errors on your server.
  17. Have you cleared cache from the support area? Also, are you using disk template caching? If so, try switching that off. It should be noted, you should never use designer or developer mode on a live site
  18. It is worth noting that there has been quite a lot of spam around lately. While we have some decent spam measures in the software, nothing will ever be perfect, and there will be times where sites will be targeted. This said, in the first instance, please update your site to the latest release of the platform. Once you have done that, update your access details on file, and I can certainly review what you have set there, in order to advise
  19. Glad to hear you managed to find a solution to the issue there.
  20. If you havent upgraded, thats why you are having isuses. The version you are using will not support PHP 8, so you would need to run the upgrade manually. So you would Backup Switch to PHP 8 Run the requirement checker to ensure your server matches up Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade directly
  21. The only way to resolve that would be to limit the size of uploads unfortunately. They are not being allowed to upload a profile photo larger. They are linking to an item you have allowed a larger upload limit on.
  22. As I mentioned above, I have tagged our developers on this I have spoken to one of our developers, and a ticket has been created to take a closer look into this
  23. You are missing most of your folders in /forum/uploads . If you take a look at the backup, this can be seen, as there is much much more content
  24. Please could you inform me which page you are looking at there? Looking at your forums page, there are actually side blocks present
  25. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
