  1. Sorry to see you were having issues there. As a cloud customer, we are able to resolve that on your behalf, and this has now been done for you. If you are seeing the same issue still, please clear your browser cache and test again.
  2. Renewals are generated automatically. Whether they pay them automatically will depend on the payment methods you have set up, and if you have methods set up that allow this (card payments via stripe, paypal billing methods etc) if the customer has chosen to have payments taken automatically.
  3. Im not seeing any issues when I test on my end with this, adding it on my profile. Could I confirm if its here, or if its on registration? Also, please ensure you check this on a default unaltered theme & language pack, with all 3rd party items disabled
  4. Not a problem, these things happen. Glad to see you found the issue
  5. Custom blocks you create in pages, would depend on what you set up and what options you choose
  6. It seems this is actually working as intended, however we understand how it's a little confusing having to reënter this. Therefore this has been brought up as an internal discussion, so thank you for letting us know.
  7. Did you manage to get this sorted @Square Wheels ?
  8. This is not something that is available at the present time, unfortunately. However an interesting idea, and I will move this over to our suggestions forum for you
  9. There is no way in which to change the caching for this block independently. I have moved this ticket over to our suggestion forum, so it can be considered.
  10. No problem. Please could you let me know once you have checked that?
  11. Someone will respond to this as soon as possible. We will need to go through your support items first of all to see what has been happening before we respond. Just wanted to reply to ensure you are aware this has indeed been seen
  12. Not so much a bad guy, as long as its used correctly 😄
  13. Just to confirm, your ticket has now been escalated to our developers for further investigation
  14. One of my colleagues has just been able to replicate this on your site, so I have sent this to a ticket so that we can further investigate
  15. That email link actually appears to be broken there. Could I ask if you are seeing this on default language pack emails, as well as the ones which are generated in french? I ask as there appears to be quite a few areas in your language pack whereby &amp is showing where it shouldnt be, and that its &amp in the middle of that link which is causing issues
  16. Given what you said there at the end of your response, has the banned message been changed to that? If not, its unlikely that is the case. Could I ask if there is anything at the end of the URL, as mentioned by my colleague? Once we have that info, I think we will get this one into a ticket so we can take a closer look
  17. This is actually working as intended at present. A coupon is intended as a "used this time" item. So used in a single transaction. In this case, you are applying it to the initial purchase. Checking that it can be used for renewals means they could use the coupon code at checkout when they are paying for a renewal (that specific renewal). For something whereby you wish to allow a set group of people to receive a discounted rate going forward, you would use groups and apply a discount for the product to that group.
  18. We can only really say to let us know if you see it happen again. I noticed you posted another which you had problems with also. Wondering if it was a local cache issue that you had there
  19. Thank you for reporting, and I have added this to our internal tracker to be resolved.
  20. Test 1 Test 2 Test 3 Seems to be working here. Could I just confirm, you are no longer seeing this, Nathan?
  21. Glad you managed to find what was causing your issue there, and good luck with your theme updates
  22. There are no descriptions that can be added to badges, no. These are indeed rules. For example the conversation one is as below. So you would add a rule to give the badge, and add the public description to that rule. In this manner, you can actually use a badge in multiple ways. Take for example you have a "helpful" badge. You may want to give that for 10 topics being marked solved, but also add it for when they hit 10 reputation points. 2 descriptions of why they got it, but only one badge. The only other way a member can receive a badge is if you give them one manually from a post. In which case it will say "xyz for a post in a topic". You can add a reason for giving the badge when you do so, and that reason will appear on the post in question it is linked to
