  1. There would be no way in which to add them as attachments, unless you actively edit posts and do that yourself
  2. Securi and mod_sec are something installed on your server. cloudflare is an external service. All I can tell you for sure is that something is blocking those. Contacting your hosting company would be the best things to do if you are unsure
  3. Just to confirm, if you added items they wont work on people who have previously hit these milestones, unless you rebuild. If they are new people who have hit a milestone though, we would need an example so we can take a look for you
  4. Something is blocking them there. Check for mod_security, securi or similar on your server. Cloudflare is another that may cause this. Disable any of those and check again
  5. A rebuild till not trigger the notifications to be sent. An upgrade from one to the other is a rebuild essentially
  6. Glad to see you managed to get the issue resolved in any case there
  7. Thank you for the feedback to let us know the cause there, and thanks Adriano for the quick resolution
  8. Before doing anything else, I would suggest trying it again. If you are then still having issues, let us know
  9. Yes, you certainly shouldnt have 2 standard login methods
  10. We would need the admin CP access to be populated also. We would check the ACP first of all, but yes I would check your htaccess etc to see if this is causing you problems
  11. We are unable to investigate without being able to see the issue unfortunately. You can check your htaccess is in place, and that no 3rd party items are interfering with this, but other than that we would need access in order to help you resolve.
  12. This has now been resolved and patched. To apply the patch, please visit your admin CP, and select to install optional patches
  13. You can do this one of 2 ways. You can switch off the site entirely to guests, so they have to log in. To do that, go to the guest group and edit, then switch off "can access site". Alternatively you can change the permissions on your forums to remove guest access https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/member-permissions-r305/
  14. There would be no way in which to do that, as the ID is what is actually pulling the profile up, rather than the name. The name is indeed only there for vanity purposes. If the person changed their name, their old link would actually still work
  15. As mentioned in your ticket there, you are actually using a non-standard storage method there. You would need to contact the author of that item for assistance with this
  16. Please could you update all access details on file? I can then take a look for you
  17. This has been resolved in the latest 4.6.8 release. Please upgrade to get the latest release, and let us know if you see any further issues.
