  1. Its worth responding to this also, as Im not sure where you get that impression. The developer can change the version its compatible with to be compatible with the latest release.
  2. We require all access to be populated there, including SFTP. Sorry for the confusion there, I had missed this in the middle of the conversation you were having. This will need to go to a ticket to have those errors resolved. With regard the robots.txt file, that is correct. There are indeed items that are blocked in order to actually increase SEO on the content itself
  3. Please could you provide me with the name of that member (or ID if you prefer)? And a link to one of the polls. I can then take a look for you
  4. You cannot make only specific groups IP addresses private. You can only control who sees IP addresses as a whole. Only moderators with the relevant access to see IPs will do so. You would control who can see IP addresses via moderator permissions. This would be the "can use IP tools" option. Please take a look at the following guide if you are unsure how to use moderator permissions
  5. I have flagged for a dev to take a look and advise on this for you.
  6. Sorry, on looking further there, wordpress is simply showing the last part of what we are showing
  7. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. Please could you update your access details on file?
  9. I have indeed, and still have the same login issue
  10. As you have a cloud license, there is no downloadable copy of this to develop on. If you wish to develop for the platform, you would need to purchase a self hosted license for this purpose.
  11. Actually the issue here is you have a crashed table somewhere in your database. You need to check your database and correct that crashed table
  12. Are you using suPHP or suExec? Have you changed your PHP version lately? Asking as one thing that may be a cause is that you have things set as 777 and using one of the above. If you are using those, then 777 would be incorrect. It would usually leave to a 403 rather than 500 though
  13. I will move this to our community support for hardware setups, as this is very much an environment issue there unfortunately.
  14. It is actually reporting what your PHP instance is reporting as the mysql version there
  15. You need to log into your client area and add your details into the access details section. We cannot see what you have created without this
  16. As mentioned in my first response, you should disable all 3rd party items to test. This is being caused by the 3rd party item "collaboration", which is named "Academy" on your site. When that is disabled there are no issues present
  17. I need a specific page you are seeing that issue on in order to advise. If you can provide this, we can take a closer look for you
  18. Something is causing this on your server. You need to find out what that is, as its causing issues with your site unfortunately.
  19. Its access to the admin CP we are missing
  20. I believe the question you are asking is how to reset peoples existing settings. You can click the "Reset All Members to Default Preferences" button in the top right of that screen.
  21. As mentioned, you need to make sure the account on file has admin access. At present there is nothing I can check Note, the front end of your site is also now showing in maintenance
  22. This is not something that is within our software. So something being added by a 3rd party item, or by your server. If you are unsure, you should contact your hosting provider
  23. You have a recaptcha item on your page. I cannot get through it as its broken. Im not sure what you mean by it being a legal issue there.
  24. This is the one I just clicked on https://swissstarships.org/forums/index.php?/topic/7130-commandes-de-base-star-citizen-clavier-qwerty-316/ Its showing recaptcha, which is not something that is stock on topics like that
