  1. Nothing should be recounted. Of course we import the backup which is provided by yourselves. Could it possibly be archived data?
  2. I would suggest checking your server error log for the full message. But from that message there, something has indeed changed somewhere, as its looking for something that no longer exists
  3. All I can suggest at this point is to monitor, and if it happens again, disable all 3rd party applications and monitor again.
  4. Its difficult to know how we can really assist you here unfortuntely. As its very intermittent, and only seems to be happening on your end, there isnt really any way for us to investigate.
  5. Taking a look through there, I suspect whats happened there is permissions have been changed that were allowed to guests elsewhere on the site. While there are none there at present, and may not have every been for that specific forum, the topic in question was moved from another forum at some point. The other thing that it may be, is one of the 3rd party items you have installed. If you do see it happen again, please disable all of those while you test this. One thing I can say for sure, is I can see no way anyone would be able to post on there as guest at present

  7. Creating a form you can do with the pages application, and you could simply follow the database to get an email. However the custom logc and excel side of things would require custom development to achieve.

  10. Im pretty sure anyone who has a mind to want to 'hack' your site, will be able to get the database structure very easily. The default values are also very easily obtained, just by installing the software yourself and taking a look.

  14. Looks like you are having issues with your google maps api setup there. Are you seeing anything in console?
  15. There is nothing that is built into the software. As mentioned above, really this is something we would expect people would do with their browser
  16. I would suggest checking permissions on your uploads folder there. Are you actively able to replicate the issue, or only seeing them in the logs?
  17. There wouldnt be any simple way in which to achieve this. I would suggest employing a developer to assist you with achieving this.   18. When you say its displaying, where exactly is that showing?
  19. This is incorrect. Support is on the deprecation list. Physical items within store are on the deprecation list. Store itself is not. In answer to your question though, you could disable those if you dont use them.
  20. They could simply use another browser and use the contact form the same as any other guest. There is also the chance people have been accidentally banned, and this would generally be the method they would let you know by. Personally, I just mark them as spam in my email when that is the case
  21. If you are looking to move to us from tapatalk and would like to transfer your data, it may be worth contacting our sales team on this to see what we can offer in terms of data transfer. In terms of getting hold of your data, you should contact tapatalk on this to see if you can get a backup of your data
  22. It will, as that particular message means you have been blocked by the server for some reason. So your site itself is not actually down. If it happens again, please log exactly what you were doing at that point, and the exact time, along with what your IP is at that time. I can then pass that on to see if there is anything we can gain from that information
