  1. Unfortunetly there isnt really any way in which to do this at present
  2. Glad to see you have what you need. You can read more about the spam prevention items here if needed
  3. I have to be honest, I feel you are really over thinking this. If you are running a site, this will happen at times. Bots mainly, but others will simply actually be guests on the site. Unless there is a specific reason to believe they are causing you an issue, you really should be ignoring them.
  4. You would need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, as it now contains more files. So you would merge in the new files. Once done, you will see it available to install from System>Site Features>Applications
  5. I have removed the IPs there, but I have them hidden so we can see them. Please update your ftp access details also as this will need to be escalated
  6. Ive created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  7. In order to do this, you would switch off standard login for the front end in the same area.
  8. Before we continue, please apply the patch showing in your admin CP, and also disable cloudflare. Once done, please let us know if this is still happening
  9. Could I clarify here, have you got the member to check this? I ask as without their password you cannot get into that section of their account. Please ask them to screenshot what they see
  10. You mention someone has renewed that shouldnt have. I would need at least the member (ID is fine)
  11. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  12. We can use either. Its for you to tell us on those settings which you wish for us to use
  13. What you are seeing there is very likely a bug. You are out of date on upgrades at the moment, and I would advise on upgrading. Once you have, see if you can replicate the issue.
  14. If you go to the support area of your admin CP, does it saying anything under the mysql section? Specifically relating to mb4?
  15. You would need to employ a developer for this. You could take a look through the provider database for someone who would provide coding services https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  16. Please provide an example of this, and I can then take a look.
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. Please could you ask that member? I can add the extra info to the bug report
  19. Yes, this is an open bug report at present
  20. Can you log into that IPS4 instance? If so, go to System>Files>Storage Settings>Configuration. You will probably see the path there
  21. Not in the core, other than them logging in as you
  22. It is as simple as that, however bear in mind your users will also be informed there is a live event, as shown here Also bear in mind you have the announcement feature you could use if needed
  23. There is no way in which to do this at present, but I have moved this to our feedback area as a suggestion
