  1. Are you redirecting from the old location? If so, you need to remove that redirect while you reset. I would suggest clearing your browser cache and your sites cache from the support area, if you have just moved the site
  2. Yes, you can PM them, and I will add them as hidden on a post here for other staff
  3. Do you have anything else which may be accessing the site using your own IP? Something automated perhaps? Also, are you seeing any repeating errors in your system logs?
  4. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a look
  5. Please check the following 2 things In Notification options, make sure you are set to Receive notifications about Event reminders Make sure you have clicked "Set Reminder" on the event
  6. Before continuing with anything here, have you completed the upgrade?
  7. I would ask yourself why you are looking to change the setting at all?
  8. Are you using a default editor on your android device? And which android device?
  9. Are you getting this if you test with a default theme?
  10. If you go to Members->Content Moderation->Spam Prevention->Geolocation settings, you can add countries in there that you wish to disallow.
  11. Just to add to this, we are aware internally that its coming up a fair bit for our users
  12. We would need the example members and exactly what you believe they moved from and to. As mentioned however, there is nothing at all on the downtime that would have changed settings in any way at all. It was quite simply a service that was down
  13. You can add individual items to ckeditor, yes. If It's a plugin from their site If its something you are doing yourself
  14. You would go to Members->Members->Group promotions, click to add a new rule, then fill in the details that are appropriate to your particular needs on promotions there
  15. Please ensure that you are creating new topics for different issues, as this can help in ensuring you get the correct information at any given time. With this, I would also need examples of the problem. It may be, for example, the user has registered and the spam level that has been ascertained, is at a level whereby your setting dictate they need admin validation
  16. There is no built in feature that would achieve this, but indeed as noted above, you could use zapier for this. Or indeed you could use any other service which would take webhooks for this purpose
  17. Im not sure what you mean by you want to inherit it to your forum.
  18. This should have been resolved now. Let us know if its not
  19. Im honestly not sure what you mean here. Are you responding to the right topic?
  20. No, you would have to add them via the ACP in order to be able to use them. There is no way in which to do it in the manner you suggest
  21. As mentioned in the message there, you need to visit /admin/upgrade and complete the upgrade
  22. To clarify on this. The message shows because our software is actually being allowed to run those functions. So its not so much a case of whether or not they are disabled. It's a case of finding why they are not disabled
  23. That would really be a case of community management.
  24. We would need specific examples. At present, the only issue outstanding is the bug you reported in the topic you linked to above. If thats the issue you are referring to, then that is still an open bug
  25. I have tagged developers on this to confirm
