  1. How would you see this working? I ask as you could simply set up a product for this at the moment. What would it 'do' on the calendar once purchased?
  2. This is something you would need to ask the author of that custom application. We are unable to provide any guarantee on 3rd party applications.

  4. There is no way in which to make a text field searchable at the present time.

  7. This is not something we have yet added to the software no. There has been no immediate plans for this
  8. You would need to report it to them. The issue isnt with the software unfortunately.
  9. This area is already set by locale. You would need to correct the issue with the locale on your server.
  10. When you say "Endless circle" what exactly is happening? Its not clear from a static screenshot what steps you are getting
  11. There is no way in which to override locale related items, without modification to the platform
  12. There is no other way in which to check those other than from the customer themselves, as its related to the customer, not to the invoice
  13. The translations look to be there now on my end 🙂 Ah thats with the exception of the calendar items. They are controlled by your locale, so you would need to check that
  14. You are currently using designer mode which is not made for a production environment. Please switch that off and test again. I am unable to reproduce this on my test instance
  15. Do you have any other redirects in your htaccess? Also, are any of your friendly URLs modified in your admin CP? If so for either, please revert these and try again

  17. This is the only option that is available at the present time. Please feel free to post this up as a suggestion within our feedback area, if you would like to see change in the future
  18. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. Every group will be ticked on module permissions by default. General permissions for areas will then be defined by other areas. So mod CP for example shows if you are a moderator. Module permissions are really meant for if you want to switch an area off as if it doesnt exist for a group at all.
  20. You can set the cover photo, which is what is shown there. Otherwise it will show the last image uploaded
  21. Items do not show once they are active, as they are no longer "Upcoming". In NZ, they were indeed no longer upcoming events. In terms of the other 2, that doesnt look correct if you had it set to 3 days, but you mention you have now changed the date period. Please let us know if you see that again and we can take a look, but dont change the settings so we can take a look at the issue
  22. As was already mentioned in the post you mention from 2020, it is a large change that requires a major change in the platform. v5 is that major change, and even with that, we are having to move it part by part. While I understand you want this to change over night, its going to take time.
  23. Do you have any external caching running at all that may be influencing this? If so, could you please disable and let us know if this resolves the issue?
