  1. You are contradicting yourself a little there. These are either guidance, or requirements. They cant be both. The fact sites are using them doesn't make them a requirement. I understand you may like for these things to exist in the software, and feel free to do a feedback post on these to request changes in the platform if you would like for this to happen. But I cannot stress enough, you cant assume it's a requirement based on sites using them. Just as an example. Almost every site on the internet has a footer of some type on their site. That doesn't mean having a footer is a requirement.
  2. There is no way in which to stop that process once its started, other than manually manipulating it in the database. Of course doing that would mean it would be part processed.
  3. Just having a quick read through there, I feel "requirement" is a little disingenuous here. What you have linked to there is "guidance" and not something that is a requirement.
  4. You would need to gain support form the supplier of that 3rd party application. We would not provide support for it here on the invision community.
  5. Glad to hear you have things working again 🙂
  6. Nothing should be recounted. Of course we import the backup which is provided by yourselves. Could it possibly be archived data?
  7. I would suggest checking your server error log for the full message. But from that message there, something has indeed changed somewhere, as its looking for something that no longer exists
  8. All I can suggest at this point is to monitor, and if it happens again, disable all 3rd party applications and monitor again.
  9. Its difficult to know how we can really assist you here unfortuntely. As its very intermittent, and only seems to be happening on your end, there isnt really any way for us to investigate.
  10. Taking a look through there, I suspect whats happened there is permissions have been changed that were allowed to guests elsewhere on the site. While there are none there at present, and may not have every been for that specific forum, the topic in question was moved from another forum at some point. The other thing that it may be, is one of the 3rd party items you have installed. If you do see it happen again, please disable all of those while you test this. One thing I can say for sure, is I can see no way anyone would be able to post on there as guest at present
  11. Please update access details on file. At present you have display name there, but your site requires email
  12. Creating a form you can do with the pages application, and you could simply follow the database to get an email. However the custom logc and excel side of things would require custom development to achieve.
  13. Please could you provide me with a link to that post?
  14. The email in your account is indeed what is used, and would come from support @ invisionpower.com
  15. Im pretty sure anyone who has a mind to want to 'hack' your site, will be able to get the database structure very easily. The default values are also very easily obtained, just by installing the software yourself and taking a look.
  16. Thanks for that 🙂 Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  17. Please add anything further into the ticket created for you, rather than in here 🙂
  18. Sorry, for clarification there, we provide only apache style redirects
  19. Looks like you are having issues with your google maps api setup there. Are you seeing anything in console?
  20. There is nothing that is built into the software. As mentioned above, really this is something we would expect people would do with their browser
  21. I would suggest checking permissions on your uploads folder there. Are you actively able to replicate the issue, or only seeing them in the logs?
  22. There wouldnt be any simple way in which to achieve this. I would suggest employing a developer to assist you with achieving this. It may be worth looking through the providers section for people who offer these services. There are quite a few offering 3.x upgrades https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers-directory/
  23. When you say its displaying, where exactly is that showing?
