  1. Not at present for subscriptions, but we do have this in version 5 🙂
  2. Do you have rewriting switched on within your site?
  3. Sorry this is my confusion. You can allow/disallow for blogs but not other items. You can however get the feed itself from the bottom left when on the tab for an individual item. For example, if you are on a forum tab, you will see latest topic on the RSS feed on the bottom right of your site
  4. There is no way in which to mass delete them within the platform. You would be best simply to let them expire
  5. If you remove the payment method then of course it will indeed expire. You would need to let us know before the 60 days to generate a new invoice for you. Note, I would advise ensuring you do that a few days before, as once its gone, its gone.
  6. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Glad to hear that sorted things for you 🙂
  8. Unfortunately, there isnt much more I can advise there, as It's a local environment. I can certainly say however we have thousands of clients using the platform for many languages, many locales, on many server types. It can only pick up what is present.
  9. Indeed you should. You need to edit the club itself on the front end, and enable it there 🙂
  10. It would actually be calling https://remoteservices.invisionpower.com/license/{key}
  11. 🤔-Thinking about the bug 👀-Looking for the solution to the bug 📰-Writing the fix for the bug ➡️-Exiting when he realised the bug fix didnt work 👤-Hiding in the shadow to see if anyone notices
  12. It would indeed then be your theme you would be looking at
  13. You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance Or indeed the author of the plugin, if It's a plugin that is using it
  14. Not at present. Clubs have their own RSS feed if enabled within that club
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release. To be fair, code can be incorrect too.
  16. would just like to say, while unofficial, opentype is pretty good with pages (understatement lol)
  17. It seems you blocked everyone there. The * is a wildcard character. So essentially an "Anything here". So for example, if you added 10.1.*.100 it would block 10.1.10.100, and 10.1.5446521551.100, but would not block 5.1.5.1. In your case, you added *, so said to block anything where the IP matches anything
  18. Could you please clarify, did you want me to go ahead with that?
  19. I would highly advise on following this up with our developer in your ticket and not touching anything beforehand.
  20. The software can only show locales it reads from your server environment. So if they are showing, they are indeed present. The same goes fr the locale not being accepted when being manually typed.
  21. If you create a ticket on this, I'll see what we can sort for you there 🙂
  22. In reality, if this is being an issue with multiple sites on multiple servers but all within your infrastructure, you need to speak to the person who controls that infrastructure. The reality is, if the licensing was down, we would know very very quickly from many many clients.
  23. For clarification here. 4.7.3 will break on PHP 7.4. If you have it running at present, this is actually very lucky, but there will be things on your site which are broken. Some of the code simply isnt compatible with anything less than php 8
