Hi I've just renewed my subscription but it is advising it is awaiting approval for payment. Not sure why as I paid by my Visa card. All other online payments I make with this card are approved immediately. Can you please advise how long I need to wait for this approval? Thank you David

Just discovered that my subscription to Wordpress SSO has expired. I guess I need to contact the develop to renew? Not sure who the develop is though as all references on the original purchase mention invision only. Can anyone provide the contact details for the developer? Thanks

I have Wordpress SSO and the IPBoard forum integrated into my Wordpress site. Just recently trying to access The forum produces as error I’m getting the error below. This happened suddenly a week or so ago. No updates of changes were made at all. An error occurred (500 Error) We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. No such file or directory You can try again by clicking the button below, or try again later. Can you please assist?

My host has advised that mod_security isn't actually enabled at all on the server. He also checked the site / hosting config, and the hosting is configured with twice the standard site memory allocation at 512MB, so he doesn't think memory would be an issue. He also checked the error logs, but the only thing which seems related is the following as a permissions issue of some kind, Error 403; POST /forum/admin/?app=core&module=customization&controller=themes&id=1&do=saveTemplate HTTP/2 He wondered if that correlated with the page I'm trying to save? He also said "the file system permissions seem correct, but then this isn't a WordPress site so the forum site may have different permission requirements at the file system level..." I'm unsure what to make of all of that. Definately outside my knowledge/experience. Any further thoughts most welcome.

Trying to save without making a change results in the same error. I've contacted my host about the mod_security setting. Hopefully that will help. Thanks

I'm just trying to add another link to the navigation. Nothing much different to what the file already contains. Just another list item with a link. I'm not sure what mod_security is. Pretty new to this software. Where can I check that and what exactly would I be checking for. Thanks

I'm trying to edit a theme file that contain my primary navigation links. Customisation > Appearance > Themes > Default > Edit HTML & CSS > Global Templates > globalTemplate See attached screen shot. It will not allow me to save the edit. I haven't modified any files or other configuration in the system since this file was last edited. Any ideas about how to resolved this would be welcome. Hi teraByte Thanks for your advice. Do you know if there is any way to get the icon to display on the post it was awarded to? Could this be customised by a developer?

I'm hoping to assign badges to specific posts. I've set up a few with custom icons. These two badges are to be manually assigned to posts by admin only and will indicate if we endorse the post. For example: "Supported by research" or "Endorsed by LTA". Assigning badges works well, but for some reason the icons related to the badges don't display with the post. Here's an example of what is displayed. The icon assigned to the 'Endorsed by LTA' badge looks like this, but is nowhere to be seen on the post. Anyone know if there's a way to ensure this icon is displayed with the post the badge is awarded to?

Hello, We have recently purchased the pages component for our community. But the page menu item inside ACP doesn't exist. I tried clearing the cache, and cookies but it didn't help. I am mentioning that I have the latest version 4.7.9. Thanks in advance

I'm trying to attach the forum software to a Wordpress site. During install we're prompted to add in the license key, and after that I get this error: The Wordpress site is hosted on WPEngine, and they support team can't help with this, as the permissions are locked to: Directories: 0775 Files: 0664 What options do we have to install the forum with this limitation applied?
