3. Ability to define default sorted in each forum. 
4. Status Update for clubs. Clubs with that ability can use it as their club front page, as announcements or members leave messages there.
Engagement from clubs across all website members. 
5. Ability to post a topic or article and blog (if they can get integrated into the clubs features) in name of Club, similar the Blog can post entry in name of the same Blog.

If you are asking "do I need to have separate accounts on Google for separate API usage?" then the answer is no, you don't need to. You can if you wish, but the APIs are part of a project associated with an account, and an account can have multiple projects.
If this is in relation to your purchase of "(NE) Translate" than the above is the limit of my support for you on the Google API side of things - the instructions in the application are clear and precise. If you have issues getting the API configured, or questions on costs etc., then you should contact Google for assistance.

I can tell you that you need to use a google account to use the map API. I cannot answer your question on translate, as thats not something used by the platform

Viewing your other topics, I guess this isn’t related to this resource. 

Did you confirm ALL tables are InnoDB?  That screenshot is showing only about a third of all the tables associated with an IPB install.  (There are nearly 300 tables associated with an IPB install!)
When I saw this occur on a website I help with, it was because one or two tables were not converted.  

My ACP show a recommendation relate InnoDB, hosting provider say that DB already using InnoDB...

@opentype, thanks, I actually know how Pages work, I made Bug Tracker, Release notes, Guides and few more on this.

What I asked in the topic is IPS can share (export the schema) of their FAQ database and template they use, so we can use it as as base and adapt to own needs.

It would be nice from IPS side to share such. They shared tutorial about "release notes", why not to continue with that good pattern of useful "tiny" addons that do not deserve a product status.

In general it would be nice if IPS would ship such in default installation. Most people look for that Pages FAQ, Notes and more. Whoever won't like them would simply not use.

Click the Pencil icon next to your new theme.  In the "General" tab will be "Default Front-end Theme?", set that to be enabled.  Make sure Guests and other member groups that you want to access it are set in the "Available for" section.  
That should do it for you!

As our clubs grow, we really need to be able to sub-divide club discussions by category like we can in the main forum. I asked this of Improved Clubs Enhancements but it never happened. I think this would be an important core feature.

I've fixed this issue for the next release - for now, you can proceed with the manual download (the download button will provide only the changed files - not the full suite download).

There isn't really any other way within the software I can think do do what you are looking for at present, unfortunately. I will come back if I have any other thoughts of course, but thats all I have at present 

The only way to do so without setting up, would be to sent them messages via the private message system on the site. However alternatively there are these ways 
Set up private forums for the members who want them. The downfall of this is it could end up with many forums. You would need to set up each member in their own usergroup and assign those groups accordingly, so its not the tidiest of solutions
  You could set up a club for each of the parents. You would set it as a private invite only club, and invite the parents to that club. The advantage to this being you could invite more than one person (for example both parents are on the site) to that club, and add nodes of your choice to it
  Another solution would be to have them post a topic in a forum which is set to show topics only to the member who posted them. You could then reply to that topic with updates on the child.   
There isnt really anything I can think of that would be a one click solution as you mention above, but that should give you some ideas. Please ask if you have any further questions on the above

And while I'm at it, here are some embellishments:
There would be a countdown clock - but also the target date and time. The clock would change colour as the deadline approached There could be settings to send automatic email notifications at user-configured intervals before the expiry of the countdown deadline. Other users who were interested could also request countdown notifications from the same timer. The notification would include a link direct to the topic in question. The notification email itself would contain the countdown timer as well. The notification could contain a message configured by each user - such as a link to an ebay auction which is about to end, or a programme which needs to be recorded - or, of course a link to a court's website so that the user can apply for a judgment or file a defence before a certain cut-off date. The notification email could also carry wording configured by admin in the admincp.
