  1. Status updates aren't supported via Zapier and it's not something we will be adding since they are deprecated in version 4 - https://invisioncommunity.com/deprecation-tracker/ Using a webhook is the preferred alternative, we will review the bug report and release a fix for that when we identify the issue.
  2. You can also use the REST API to create blog entries (might make more sense too if you're importing a lot of data). You can specify the date this way. https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=blog/entries/POSTindex
  3. Hello, Background process are already automatically prioritised. Achievements rebuilds and the others that you currently running are the lower priority. If a task is spawned for sending notifications, they will be processed with a much higher priority. It looks like the achievements rebuild recently completed and almost all other tasks (except for the search index rebuild) have also completed.
  4. Hello, We have released an optional patch to address this issue. It can be applied from the 'Support' page of your AdminCP.
  5. Hi David, It looks like you haven't completed the upgrade process. Please go to <url>/admin/upgrade and follow the instructions.
  6. We don't have any further new features planned for version 4 following the recent spam prevention improvements. Our v4 focus is on bug fix releases and support.
  7. We are not stopping Commerce. Certain elements have been deprecated and removed in version 5. Version 4 will continue to be supported for a number of years and you're welcome to continue to use it. See https://invisioncommunity.com/deprecation-tracker for more details
  8. Marc is thinking of something else that came up recently due to a change in PHP. This issue typically occurs when there's an error that happens really early in the bootup process before the member object is fully available for logging. (this could be something like an error connecting to the database server)
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  12. This is due to a PHP bug that has been fixed in recent PHP releases and changes how some functionality works. This issue is fixed in the current beta release.
  13. Pages > Databases > Edit > Options Tab > Scroll to 'Field Options' > Comments per page
  14. Edit the Pages database and select 'inherit' for the new 'comments per page' setting. This will solve the issue.
  15. This is our November maintenance release. Key changes include the removal of the AdminCP Marketplace. Please see our announcement here.
  16. You could try changing the price slightly again and updating all existing purchases.
  17. Hi, We wouldn't be able to use a change like that, it isn't multibyte friendly. This code however hasn't come up in our profiling as being slow (I just checked again too). Could this be something specific to your server(s)? This block of code is also in use elsewhere but doesn't seem to be an issue for you?
  18. Yes, that license key information will be available for a good amount of time. You won't be able to download anything from the Marketplace after October 30th.
  19. I applied the available patch for you. You should start seeing data there soon.
  20. Your file versions are newer than the database app versions, go to <url>/admin/upgrade and complete the process.
  21. You will only see the buttons if you are not following the community on Community hive.
  22. Hold on. You're trying to run the UTF8 converter on your website that already has a working Invision Community 4 install? (the URLs match in all of your screenshots). That's why you're seeing the "Error" page telling you not to proceed. This tool should only be ran on 3.x databases, running it on 4.x databases may irrecoverably damage your data.
  23. And to add... If it doesn't, then the server won't meet the minimum requirements to use Invision Community either.
  24. It would be worth checking that the 'guestTermsBar' template isn't modified in your theme. We changed the buttons into a form, so it sends a POST when either are clicked. It works in exactly the same way as any other form does for guests, fetches the appropriate CSRF key on submission.
