  1. Yes, that license key information will be available for a good amount of time. You won't be able to download anything from the Marketplace after October 30th.
  2. I applied the available patch for you. You should start seeing data there soon.
  3. Your file versions are newer than the database app versions, go to <url>/admin/upgrade and complete the process.
  4. You will only see the buttons if you are not following the community on Community hive.
  5. Hold on. You're trying to run the UTF8 converter on your website that already has a working Invision Community 4 install? (the URLs match in all of your screenshots). That's why you're seeing the "Error" page telling you not to proceed. This tool should only be ran on 3.x databases, running it on 4.x databases may irrecoverably damage your data.
  6. And to add... If it doesn't, then the server won't meet the minimum requirements to use Invision Community either.
  7. It would be worth checking that the 'guestTermsBar' template isn't modified in your theme. We changed the buttons into a form, so it sends a POST when either are clicked. It works in exactly the same way as any other form does for guests, fetches the appropriate CSRF key on submission.
  8. Most developers appear to have plans to or have already put in place alternative places to obtain resources. If you haven't heard anything yet from a developer you get resources from, it may be worth sending them a PM.
  9. Don't post your license keys publicly, that would let anyone else use them as proof of purchase when they haven't purchased and you may lose access to it.
  10. Logs at level code 1 are worth ignoring, our default for logging these errors is level 3. I would recommend you set it back to that to avoid getting a lot of typically useless logs.
  11. Please stop telling people to change their database structure. That will cause more problems than it solves.
  12. We've supported paste from clipboard for quite a long time. Which browser are you using and where are you trying to copy from?
  13. Any outstanding should be reviewed this coming week Yes, it'll be available for a while yet (no current plans for an end date to remove it) Most customers don't have that many purchases to warrant the time spent on that.
  14. Yes, it may be related to having a third party theme if you're not seeing the buttons in the follow drop down. There's also a widget/block you can drag and drop onto your pages to prompt your members to use Community Hive.
  15. Custom resource can be installed whether they're free or paid. The difference is that you'll have to get these resource from the developers own website instead of our Marketplace.
  16. The Marketplace is closing on October 30th 2023. If you haven't already read the announcement, please read it first. As our Marketplace prepares to close its doors, we want to ensure a seamless transition for our customers. To facilitate this process, we're introducing a new 'license key' system to allow you to transfer your purchases to the third-party developer website in a privacy-conscious way. On the 'My Purchases' page, you'll find an improved layout displaying each resource you've purchased from the Marketplace. This includes the original purchase date, the expiry date (if applicable) and the current renewal term (if applicable). Additionally, we've added two new enhancements. First, you'll notice the purchase-specific license key (depicted as XXXX in the screenshot). This license key is accessible to the third party author and can be provided to them through their website or other means. It enables them to confirm your payment for the resource and check its activation status. Secondly, we've added a link to their profile in the Providers Directory (if applicable). You can find contact details and a link to the provider's website on their profile. We hope that these additions will help make the transition as smooth as possible. Third Party Developers Developers can now access the new 'My Sales' area, where you'll find a searchable list of resources that have had sales on the Marketplace. This list may include resources that were previously hidden. Clicking on any of these resources will display a list similar to the old 'my paid files.' Here, you'll find detailed information for each purchase, including purchase and expiry dates. Additionally, the list now includes the customer's current renewal term, which may differ from the initial purchase due to pricing changes. Furthermore, you'll notice the new license key, conveniently searchable in the top right corner. We've also made the list of purchases available in CSV format, allowing for easy integration into your own website or marketplace. Please let us know if you have any questions and we hope these new tools will ease the transition from the Marketplace.

  18. The second CNAME is for automatic SSL certificate verification and renewal.
  19. Yes, that will still work if the resource has the update check URL populated and the author has their side of it implemented.
  20. The logging is intentional so we have information for any issues that may occur during beta. We'll eventually reduce it to debug logging. We'll look at combining the requests in this situation so it doesn't get rate limited.
  21. That page also shows a list of their purchases (including Downloads files), split between Active / Expired / Cancelled.
  22. This table (core_widget_areas) has existed since 4.0.0, so if they're missing from your backup that may suggest that your backup is incomplete.
  23. I have deleted your review, you can submit a new one now.
