  1. Have you allowed all of the background processes to complete? (you can see a list of these on the AdminCP dashboard)
  2. Ok. It would be more useful if you could tell us what problems you're having though (outside of HTML editing because, that has been discussed a lot already).
  3. Turnstile is now available in 4.7.22 Beta 1 too.
  4. Stuart Silvester posted a release in Release Notes
This is our June maintenance release. Key changes include: Added Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA.
  5. It's worth a try, it may work.
  6. Did you try the v4 converter for 2.2?
  7. We're aware of this issue and looking into it.
  8. Hello, I would just like to remind you that dev/staging instances are unsupported and any support we do provide is as a courtesy. I tried to take a look, but none of the access details we have on file work for your test/dev community but I did notice that your dev community does not have the latest 4.7.21 files applied which is why you're seeing not seeing 4.7.21 shown in the AdminCP. I would recommend trying the upgrade again, it's likely that this will fix your issue since it'll do a full import and rebuild of the standard theme resources.
  9. Hello, It looks like the issue you were experiencing has self-healed and all is working correctly now.
  10. This should be resolved for you now 🫡
  11. It hasn't been unsafe to install the patch. You are less safe without the security patch.
  12. No, it isn't designed for that. You would be better off to use a Pages database, set a custom field up for the affiliate link and format it as a buy button
  13. Go to <board_url>/admin/upgrade to complete the upgrade 👍🏻
  14. I would recommend using the v4 converter right now. As noted above though. I don't know if it'll work with 2.3, I don't think too much was changed in terms of data structure though.
  15. You would need to contact your web host about that. The hook scanner error can be ignored for now, it could be that you have a lot of things to scan and it couldn't complete it in time.
  16. It can depend on a few factors, it decides whether it needs to run the full upgrade process when applying (a patch is effectively just another full build of the community). I have made some adjustments to minimise the possibility the full upgrade runs for this (since it's not really needed).
  17. Stuart Silvester posted a release in Release Notes
This is our May maintenance release.
  18. Thanks for letting us know. I have corrected that issue.
  19. Hi James, Summaries will be generated over time, but you should start to see them appear fairly quickly. We've got more information about them in our announcement blog (including a short video)
  20. Topic Summaries are available on Creator Pro and above.
  21. 5.0.4 was released earlier today, I have made some adjustments to the release notes. If you want to hit 'check for updates' in your AdminCP, you should now see it.
  22. The bug report is still open, the issue has not been resolved yet. We're aiming for 5.0.2 for this.
