  1. We have released a patch to address this issue. Please go to AdminCP > System > Support and apply the patch from the first/top left box. If you do not see an option to install the patch, you already have the latest release.
  2. I cannot reproduce any issues with these being pruned. The IPs are being removed as expected. We still have two settings for this that are becoming redundant, make sure that you have AdminCP > Settings > Posting > Prune IPs configured. We'll be looking to simplify this in future.
  3. Just to make sure that @MaNiAc LRSC does think they're going crazy, I added that after they pointed it out!
  4. It was used for guest page caching in earlier versions. It's no longer used in current releases.
  5. Yes, it's the very last thing it does.
  6. If it could connect successfully, it would not say 4.x, it would say 4.7. it looks longer it's falling back to the hard coded base requirements. You can temporarily enable the DEBUG_LOG constant, send the license request and then immediately remove it (it can generate a lot of logs). Then you should be able to find a log of the HTTP request in the system logs.
  7. Hi @CA3LE, I would recommend at this time to upgrade to the 4.7.16 Beta that contains a fix for this issue. Beta's receive support just like our normal releases do. We'll be doing one more beta release this week with a minor fix in it and then all being well, we'll have the final release out early next week.
  8. The text parser adds our lazy-loading attributes to iframes where necessary. They're not in the templates. The issue fixed was that the text parser was not adding the attributes to YouTube embeds. Not all iframes will be lazy-loaded (the majority are), that's working as intended right now but all iframes will be natively lazy-loaded in v5.
  9. This is our March maintenance release. This release also includes an important security related fix for Commerce users. New features: Pages Databases in Clubs
  10. Ah, I see. That looks like a bug that was introduced when we switched the domain to use youtube-nocookie.com. We'll get that fixed.
  11. MySQL can throw this error message if the credentials are invalid or you're trying to use a database that doesn't exist. That would be a good place to check also.
  12. It may be worth both of you checking that you have lazy loading enabled - AdminCP > System > Settings > Posting. Embeds, images, videos, audio are lazy-loaded via a Javascript method if lazy loading is enabled, the native options didn't exist when this was implemented but we have moved to a native solution in v5.
  13. Hello, There is a patch available to address this issue. To apply, please go to AdminCP > Support > 1st (or top left) box will have a "Optional Patch Available" link. Click it and follow the instructions.
  14. Usually something like this wouldn't be in a patch, but since we were planning a patch for some other issues we also included this.

  18. You'll need to convert your database to utf8mb4, in MySQL `utf8` no longer exists and is an alias for `ut8mb3` so when you're running these queries to fix the collation, MySQL is changing it to utf8mb3 instead and thus you have this loop. In the AdminCP, go to the Support page and you should see an option for converting to UTF8MB4.
  19. We still rely on an upstream library that makes use of this API. As noted here, we're moving towards native JS in v5.
  20. Hi, Both of these emails were replied to by our support staff within 30 minutes of them being received. We haven't received any bounce-backs for them yet, so you may want to check your junk folder.
  21. Hi, No, we're not going to distribute other developers IP through a method they did not agree to. If you have the app installed, you already have the files on your server. A competent developer would know where to look to get those and build whatever changes you want on top of that.

  24. Yes, customers have used the query cache before however it was deprecated in MySQL 5.7.20 and does not exist in MySQL 8 (which we now recommend). I doubt that would make an impact on TTFB though. It might be worth seeing if you've got any slow queries specific to your community.
