  1. You must have just known that we were working on releasing the final version!
  2. The final version hadn't been built or released at the time you posted.
  3. Sorry, it was based on your support ticket from Friday. We rolled out some fixes for this issue in Beta 3 This is for repositioning cover photos. The only issue we identified with the menu ordering is the lack of a drag handle on the second-level menu when reordering is enabled.
  4. I have just replied to your ticket 🙂
  5. Beta 3 is out! #5727 Restored reposition functionality #5728 Fix an issue where logos on imported themes disappear when the cache is clearedBeta 3 also contains some changes for Cloud customers, where they may see some errors saving files with Beta 2.
  6. 5.0.12 Beta 2 is here!#5685 Allow forums to be sorted by "Most Helpful" topics #5719 Invalidate other sessions when email changes #5721 Add a data attribute to the badge display on the profile This would depend on whether the account has its own customised menu ordering preferences. It'll use the default ordering until you edit the layout (hamburger menu in the bottom left).
  7. Can you send me a DM with a screenshot?
  8. This is our October maintenance and enhancement release. Key changes include: Updated: Dropdown menu system. New: Profile Photo Gallery (Team, Business, Enterprise). New: Club members auto-follow content areas when they join a Club.
  9. Using timezone may be very unreliable; it's a value fetched from a cookie and in no way secure. Once a spammer knows the software supports something like that, it would be trivial to spoof the timezone.
  10. Stuart Silvester posted a release in Release Notes
This is our September maintenance release.
  11. Please try it now, we had temporarily pulled it whilst we tested some additional scenarios.
  12. Changed Long ID to 5001103
  13. We have released a patch to address two issues: Custom Theme logos may vanish when clearing caches. It is not possible to use some advertisements on Pages pages. You can apply this patch from your AdminCP on the support page. If you do not see any patches available, that means you already have the latest version.
  14. 5.0.11 is now available! The final release contains an additional fix for the Table of Contents widget on Pages Records. Please see the release notes for more information.
  15. Does the log tell you anything more?
  16. You may be using the wrong credentials for the client area, it's worth double-checking those.. Clicking into the log may tell you more.
  17. Beta 2 is on its way!with some minor changes for An error enabling/disabling/installing/updating apps Fixing documentation for some of the newer REST API endpoints Added clarification about how the new Pages default page per member group works.
  18. It's in this release.

  21. We have released a patch to address two issues: SendGrid recently discontinued its free tier. If you're using this tier, you may start to see errors when emails fail to send. Large topics may be missing some posts near the end. You can apply this patch from your AdminCP on the support page. If you do not see any patches available, that means you already have the latest version.
  22. If this is to control requiring approval for new members, there's a much easier way than using the group promotion system. Edit your default members group and on the 'content' tab, enable "require approval before content shows", then configure how long moderation should last for.
  23. I use push notifications with our sites all the time on Android 16 and MacOS via Chrome
