Personally, I would recommend leaving those values as they are and making sure that you use cron to run the tasks. The tasks when ran via cron will process as much data as they can within the allowance of server resources.
Increasing these values may result in less data being processed over the same amount of time.
We don't pass any information to limit where customers are from, that would be something on PayPal's side. It may be worth reaching out to them to see if they know why some payments are being limited to US only.
This functionality was deprecated quite a while ago and isn't supported.
You should have your Invision Community install at the root instead, with the Pages application set as default.
Member titles are moved to a custom profile field regardless of the option you choose. They will continue to exist in a profile field unless you delete them.

We use Facebook Pixel that we have integrated into Invision Community.
As far as I'm aware, we do not use Double click and I'm not seeing that show in in Firefox when blocking trackers.
We typically avoid dropping columns like this when they have user content. We'll remove it in due time when we know there aren't any issues with the profile field conversion,
