  1. Hello, I'm unable to reproduce this issue, I would recommend submitting a support ticket so we can look into what's happening on your community.
  2. Hello, This is a feature designed to increase the conversion of visitors into members, you can read more about it here
  3. I did 2 upgrades from 3.4.8 (I think was one 3.4.5 actually) this week, they worked fine except for the above mentioned issues that are fixed in 4.6.1
  4. Thanks @Nathan Explosion, This has been fixed in the release.
  5. These fixes are specifically for issues introduced in 4.6. I haven't seen any reports via tickets of 3.4 upgrade issues for quite a while.
  6. Our upcoming release will contain fixes for issues encountered upgrading from 3.4.x 👍🏻
  7. Personally, I would recommend leaving those values as they are and making sure that you use cron to run the tasks. The tasks when ran via cron will process as much data as they can within the allowance of server resources. Increasing these values may result in less data being processed over the same amount of time.
  8. We've still got your bug report, so we'll be reviewing it soon.
  9. Go to https://invisioncommunity.com/clients/purchases/ click on the purchase and either pay the renewal invoice or re-activate the purchase.
  10. You're looking for the 'New content item is posted' for 'when'
  11. We don't pass any information to limit where customers are from, that would be something on PayPal's side. It may be worth reaching out to them to see if they know why some payments are being limited to US only.
  12. This functionality was deprecated quite a while ago and isn't supported. You should have your Invision Community install at the root instead, with the Pages application set as default.
  13. Here's an overview of the feature This would be a permission not a group setting, click the padlock icon there
  14. It doesn't look like we specifically handle images/uploads via the REST API for this endpoint. I have logged an internal bug report for this.
  15. Profile fields can be made visible on the author pane, that's one of the primary reasons we opted to convert them instead of remove them completely.
  16. Member titles are moved to a custom profile field regardless of the option you choose. They will continue to exist in a profile field unless you delete them.
  17. Hi, You need to make sure you're signing in with the credentials you used to purchase your license. It looks like you've figured that out 🙂
  18. Hi Kyle, You should be able to access everything although I can't see from your screenshot what the content is you're trying to look at. Feel free to send me a message with the URL if you're still having an issue.
  19. Please submit a ticket so we can have a look at that for you!
  20. We use Facebook Pixel that we have integrated into Invision Community. As far as I'm aware, we do not use Double click and I'm not seeing that show in in Firefox when blocking trackers.
  21. We typically avoid dropping columns like this when they have user content. We'll remove it in due time when we know there aren't any issues with the profile field conversion,
  22. You can use Microsoft authenticator, it doesn't strictly need to be 'Google Authenticator'. Scan the QR code with that app instead.
  23. Yes, WebP will work on Cloud. Not at this time, the only places SVG are supported are Ranks, Badges, Theme Resources, Safari Mask Icon for PWA.
  24. Submit a support ticket for my attention and we should be able to come up with a solution for you. I saw your ticket and replied 🙂
