  1. You could still upgrade your resource without submitting it as a new one if you prefer, see this contributors topic for more info: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/457670-moving-from-a-plugin-to-an-application/ Let us know via that topic if you have any questions.
  2. Run the support tool to fix and then apply the patch to prevent this occurring 🙂
  3. Good to know, I don't use Nginx personally. This is only for the initial login process, other Marketplace actions will work fine before a password prompt.
  4. I'm not familiar with Plesk so I'm unsure if you can edit the .htaccess file (although, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to). You can use something like this to exclude a path from the password requirement - https://stackoverflow.com/a/41289289 You would need to exclude /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace Alternatively, you could set the test community offline instead of using a password prompt, it pretty much does the same thing. Don't forget though, our license terms do provide allowance for one test installation 😉
  5. Badges is available for 4.5, but Moods hasn't been resubmitted yet after being rejected a few weeks ago.
  6. I suspect that @MrUtOpiK has completed the Marketplace setup process and told the system that his Member Map application is Community Map. We'll need a ticket submitting in any case.
  7. Hi Ben, This is an issue with your ImageMagick installation, you should ask your server administrator/webhost to look into that for you.
  8. We do have a "what's new" feature that we've used in the past. It will show up again in 4.5.3 however at this time it doesn't go into as much depth as you are suggesting.
  9. If this is happening, I would consider it a bug. The AdminCP should not inherit any design or colors from another theme. Please submit a ticket and we'll take a closer look
  10. Yes, you can find out about what the converter supports here: https://invisioncommunity.com/services/migrate/#elSelectPlatform (select WordPress in the dropdown). If the conversion process encounters two users for the same person (based on email address) those accounts will be merged, it will not overwrite the existing account.
  11. Yes, it should. The WordPress database doesn't change too often, so the converter is quite stable across the many WordPress versions.
  12. That does not look right, if you hard refresh your web browser, does it fix it? Please submit a ticket regardless, we'll want to have a look at this.
  13. Hi, Associating plugins with the Marketplace won't affect the ability to enable/disable/uninstall them, it sounds like something different may be going on if they're all saying 'locked'. Are you using an administrator account that doesn't have full unrestricted access? -- You can check this in AdminCP > Members > Staff > Administrators
  14. This would be a good example of a guidelines violation, point 1.1 - https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/submission-guidelines/ I'm afraid, It isn't something we can allow.
  15. I have this on my list of things to improve 👍
  16. What will have happened here is that the database dump was generated with the wrong character set (one that isn't utf8mb4). This will have corrupted the 4-byte characters in the data, which is why you see a question mark instead. There isn't any way to fix this except for reverting to an earlier backup where the characters are not corrupt. However, due to the nature of this, it's likely that your backups may also have the same issue.
  17. If they're unrelated issues we prefer to have them split between tickets. Some issues may need escalating and some may not.
  18. Hi, I wanted to clarify the process for any critical updates you may need to make that may potentially need a higher priority when it comes to a review. A critical issue would be something that causes a large impacting issue to your resource, such as a fatal error that prevents it from working. Submit the new version of your resource with only the fix for the issue, no other bug fixes or enhancements. Specify in the change log what the fix is for (so it's obvious to us what you are fixing). Submit a support ticket asking for an expedited review. Asking for an expedited review doesn't guarantee we'll be able to do it, but we'll try our best where possible. Thank you! Stuart
  19. 87% of current pending reviews were submitted either yesterday or today (i.e. in around the last 24 hours), there are three pending reviews that are taking longer than usual for various reasons. Reviews are definitely not slow at the moment, but what you may be seeing is a developer saying their resource is pending review and then their submission being rejected. In this situation it may look like the reviews are taking longer than they really are, but we're waiting for the developer to submit a fixed version in that case, so we can review it again.
  20. These items aren't available in the AdminCP Marketplace at this time, we wanted to get this out there for use and plan to add functionality as we can.
  21. They're available now, we just hadn't published them (whoops!)
  22. If you scroll down on the Marketplace, you can select a previous version, if you find the last release before the 4.5 version was released, you will be able to download it.
  23. If you see this go to <yoururl>/admin/upgrade to complete the upgrade. We're looking into the issue.
  24. @Adriano Faria The issue with @Morrigan not being able to upgrade is because your new application has a lower (long) version number than your plugin did (despite this being a point in the guidelines for this exact reason). No one using your plugin will be able to upgrade to the newer version.
  25. You can exclude /index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=marketplace from your password protection
