That is version 3 of IP.Board, which was retired long ago and no longer works with our licensing system, unfortunately.
When you upgrade to version 4 , that error won't happen.

Quick thing to check.
Are you using FURL Rewrites?
If so, make sure your .htaccess file is in place. That error message will show if the .htaccess file has been deleted or otherwise edited to remove the RewriteRules we provide when you enable the system setting for rewrites.

Then just navigate away from that page. Those actions should clear any instances of www in the system links, except for those posted directly in a topic (since the data is saved "as-entered" and is not dynamic).

Ahh, so.  Some of my clients had been switched to another member group and this setting hadn't been adjusted for the destination group.  They had been able to use it before and it had disappeared, so this explains it.

Ips became more interesting and more helpful, more more support by Ips Team on the forum with new releases. I like much more now with since 4.6.x released. It's pleasure for us, the users/customers...

I'm uncertain if a coupon can be applied automatically as described, but I've flagged this topic for a dev to answer when they are able.

You would have to obtain that from the Theme developer, as it is their resource and they own the copyright. No one is authorized to distribute it but them.

I believe that's due to our change back to the 6-month renewal cycle, so half the old value would be correct..

Also saw @Mark H opened a ticket to track it within 30 minutes and stayed on top of the ticket all within an hour, nicely done!
I think if the future support works in that responsive and cohesive manner between IPS Staff and clients, it can work out well, however there will probably be a lot of duplication (which may be unavoidable anyway and likely the situation today with tickets).
