Dreamlander Posted September 26, 2021 Share Posted September 26, 2021 (edited) Hi, I updated my old forum ips 3.2.3 to 3.4.9 then to 4.5.4. All the upgrade process was fine except my links to forum categories , apps (downloads, gallery etc) doesn't work, it gives me this error " Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server." the system try to find a physical file instead of processing and loading the forum content from the database. The links in browser appears like that http://mydomain/ips454/files/ (for downloads) and for forum http://mydomain/ips454/forum/54-my_forum_name_category etc. It seems to me it is some kind of settings I miss, somwhere, in order to do the magic with the links to work properly. I noticed that behaviour after I updated from 3.2.3 to 3.4.9 Please can someone help me with this? Thank you! Mark H Posted September 28, 2021 Share Posted September 28, 2021 Quick thing to check. Are you using FURL Rewrites? If so, make sure your .htaccess file is in place. That error message will show if the .htaccess file has been deleted or otherwise edited to remove the RewriteRules we provide when you enable the system setting for rewrites.
