  1. The Archiving function on our Cloud packages differs slightly from the On-Premises feature, due to our cloud infrastructure. To configure Archiving on a Cloud package, please visit ACP -> Community -> Forums, Settings -> Archiving sub-tab. By default, Archiving is enabled for posts which are more than 1 year old: You may disable Archiving entirely, or you may select an Archiving cutoff date which is longer than one year, in one year increments. Archived topics cannot be posted in or edited, and will not show in search results. You can unarchive topics after they've been archived if you change your mind.
  2. Thanks for posting, and I'm sorry that you're having an issue with your Invision Community. Can you go ahead and submit a support ticket please? I'm going to need to get a little more information about your account to help, and this is best done in a private support ticket. Thank you! 🙌
  3. The display of signatures is a per-member setting, which is off by default. Each member must choose to enable it (or not), and there's unfortunately no native provision for forcing that to be enabled. There may be a 3rd-party solution, for which you can inquire in the relevant section of our community.

  5. That's correct, the fix requires you to perform both steps that Brandon showed.
  6. There's unfortunately no provision to delete all replies to all topics in a forum.
  7. Did you enable FURL Rewrites? If so, did you copy the .htaccess file which was provided in the ACP, to your forum main folder? ( Which should be /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/mffa/ )
  8. Edit the Guest Group, and enable the setting "Can access site", then save the page.
  9. It seems odd that a default unedited English language pack would be blank, but a custom language would show. If it were the reverse, then my first post would be relevant. But are you certain you've switched to an unedited English language pack? If you are, please open a ticket to Support and include the URL to this topic.
  10. I'm unable to reproduce this on a test install. As a first step, in the ACP please switch to an unedited English language pack, and an unedited Theme. Do the questions then appear? If they do, the issue is (most likely) a problem in a foreign language pack or a custom Theme. But if the questions still don't appear, please run the Support Tool and see if that resolves the issue. If after doing so the issue is still not resolved, please file a ticket to Support and we'll investigate.
  11. In addition to what Adriano suggested, you can also use the built-in Bulk Mail feature to send to anyone who has not visited in X days. Check the "Member Filters" sub-tab of the Bulk Mail creation page.
  12. Please file a ticket so that we can investigate and possibly reproduce this.
  13. This is an old reply, but the answer is still valid. 🙂 Please submit a ticket and make note that it's for the IPS community, including your OS and browser specifics.
  14. OK, if the issue is resolved now, it's something that should not happen again.
  15. If you click on that "-1" does it lead you to the post that is queued? If it does not, please file a ticket to support so we may investigate the issue.
  16. Client Lounge would not be the correct forum, as that section is not for any support type questions. However, can you please file a ticket to support about this issue? I believe those events should import.
  17. That's not possible natively, though it might be something a 3rd-party plugin or app could do. I've moved this topic to a peer to peer support area so a community member may be able to assist.
  18. Odd bug, but glad to see it got addressed and is fixed in next release.
  19. Your database backup would, or should, be a single file named xxxxxxxx.sql (uncompressed) or xxxxxxxx.sql.gz (gzip compressed). You’d need to use a program such as PHPMyAdmin, or SSH and the ‘mysql’ utility, to restore the backup.
  20. Edit their Group, Content sub-tab, make sure they have the permission to edit their content. Then use the menu in the upper-right (not "Image Tools") when viewing the image:
  21. That odd line in the output suggests you are using an outdated Language Pack and/or possibly an outdated Theme. Switch to an unedited English language pack, and an unedited Theme. Does the same error happen? If it does, please file a ticket to support.
  22. The info I provided would be for IPS version 4 only. Your database is using a prefix of ibf_ so the table names would all start with ibf_ like so: ibf_forums_posts ibf_forums_topics etc That said.... what version of the IPS software is that database from? It appears to be a mix of v4 and.... v3 (v2?).... tables.
  23. The actual text of a post in stored in the forums_posts table, in the field (column) titled post. The date the post was submitted is located in an adjacent field named post_date. (It's in UNIX timestamp format.) Each post is associated to a Topic using the topic_id field, but the actual title of the topic in which that post is written is not stored in the forums_posts table. It's stored in the forums_topics table. Cross-reference the topic_id field value from the forums_posts table, to the matching-number tid field in the forums_topics table. The title of the Topic is stored in that row, in the field named title.
  24. It's a group permission, yes. Find the setting "Can download original image?" on the Gallery sub-tab of the group editor and enable it.
  25. Yes, in the ACP click the bell icon in upper right and choose "Notification Settings". On the next page, configure the notification types and methods you prefer.
