I am in negotiations with CodingJungle and will probably support this file from now on. I would wait a bit to see if it confirms or not.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

So now I pay $150 at every 6 months. With the new model, will I pay $199 per year? Is that right?

1: You need to have a local install of the board (with Apache PHP/MySQL, or a Wampserver, etc.).
    2: upload the dev tools:
    3: Enable the developer mode:
4: create a plugin with 2 code hooks in the classes I pointed above.

Nope. Template stuff will, the PHP part, no. We'll have to change a lot of stuff like \IPS\Member::loggedIn() to Member::bla bla bla (declaring it before) and a lot of extensions into listeners... and convert the existing hooks into listeners, where it's possible. Not a FULL rewrite but some will require boring work.

For anyone else experiencing this - I've finally found a fix.
The issue was due to the 'bimchatbox' application not uninstalling properly - it left entries in the 'ibf_widget_areas' table labelled 'announcements' which stayed there after the application was removed.
Upon every page view, the forum tried to load up the widget but couldn't because the application wasn't there any more, thus generating one error in the log for every view.
Manually removing these entries from the database table solved the problem.

You might want to re-read earlier in this thread...  as per Marc earlier:
Given that IPS never did vulnerability scanning, you are not actually losing anything on that front other than the perception that it was being done when it was not.  🙂

Via PHPMyAdmin in your CPanel, run a query to see for which app or plugin the hook ID 2069 belongs and then disable it or ask for support.
    select * from core_hooks where id = 2069

Thank you so much for being a client!
The Invision Community Marketplace is closing on October 30, 2023, so I am moving all of my files over to my personal site www.sosinvision.com.br.
You will find information on my website www.sosinvision.com.br:
You can redeem the marketplace purchase keys provided by IPS in order to keep getting updates and support for the applications/plugins you purchased. You can purchase files directly on my marketplace. You can get support for your purchased applications/plugins directly on their new support topics. You can request a custom application/plugin or service. Bookmark https://www.sosinvision.com.br/ and the new Marketplace Directory www.Invisioneer.org.

I too have moved to a compatible new and alternative version of the Videos app and it's wonderful and in constant development and evolution. The new marketplace process is having some positive impact IMO.

Unfortunately, I have since moved to a new video app. However, I still hold @Michael.J with high regard and I do hope he's not left IPS. I wish him well.
Thank you, to @Adriano Faria for helping fix some of the issues I encountered, although unfortunately I wasn't able to edit videos. I would suggest any others who rely on the video system to take a look at https://www.invisioneer.org/ or https://www.sosinvision.com.br/index.php?/file/290-videos-directory/. 👍

Are you looking to add the same set of tags all at once to, say, multiple topics?
Tagging @Adriano Faria or @Makoto. I believe there might be a third party solution in the Marketplace about mass tagging multiple topics as a moderator permission

Delete the tcw directory in applications. Delete the 3 tables it created; they will start with tcw_. Delete the corresponding records from core_sys_conf_settings and core_sys_lang_words. Probably there will be some orphaned records in other tables but nothing that will make your site be useless.
Go to support tool and rebuild the cache.
Make a backup of filed and database first just in case.

Between the IPS Cloud outages, the glances that I have seen look very good!  I hope this project takes off as a central point for 3rd party tools was what made the marketplace great!
