Good day, Is there a way to create a custom login page for members? I have a wordpress page as the front page. I want have the login icon that links to the community, but the link does not link to the log in form. Is there a way to create a custom log in form to log in the community from there? Thanks

Hello guys, I moved to a new host few days ago, with the previous host I was still on 4.4.6 due to server restrictions. I installed a new version on the new host, moved files and converted all tables to Innobd.. few hours after install, I got the error below, I had reinstall again again and again (remove conf_global - reinstall - reupload conf_global). Does anyone have a recommendation for how to implement prominent display of preferred pronouns for members? I don't know if this would require a plugin or just a creative use of profile details or an addition of a snippet of code? If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, I would love that. fresh, new install, on shared, hosting service provider, dBase set-up fails: seams it does not like the localhost variable as the error says 'access denied' . i have the info set-up in the MySQL® Databases in cPanel and have verified all data. Thoughts?

Hi Everyone, I am configuring my Invision Store. When someone purchases something from my Store (a ticket to an event I am running for my community), I would like Invision to update my Hubspot/Mailchimp so that I can automate a Welcome/Thank You email. This would mean that I can then email attendees information about the event etc. The Zapier integration does not have any triggers related to the Store. Does anyone have another way to connect Invision to an external tool? My backup plan is to manually do it whenever someone buys a ticket but this is a lot of effort. My thanks in advance. Does anyone know if you can change the mobile author name color? On a computer, the author area has a white background so black looks good, but on mobile the background are is an off black. Anyway to change just the mobile author names to another color like white?

Hello 1. when we create an article in a database the message is reduced in its forum version. we would like to have the same message without the indication: See the whole record. Is this possible? 2. Can we make all the badges appear under the avatar of the member 3. Badges that are automatically assigned by the rules cannot be removed. I'm changing the colors around on my theme and can't figure out how to change the "authors area". It's the whitish area on the attached screenshot. Also, when I try to use the "edit html and css" I get some squeezed in box and can't select anything. (second screenshot)

Hey, I converted from VB4 to Invision. Almost everything works like a charm, except one issue. It lookes like, I had many accounts which used the same e-mail adress (that was okay and I was aware of that). But now after I converted the forum, only one single account survived and all others are now marked as "guest USERNAME". Example: Before: Name / E-Mail Adress User1 / user@test.com User2 / user@test.com User2 / user@test.com Now: Name / E-Mail Adress User1 / user@test.com guest User1 guest User2 --> Is there a way to create a new account for user1 and user2 and give them all old posts back?

On my website i am facing a issue. On File Information bar I can see view count are in two digits while downloads counts are in thousand. How is this possible if a user want to download a file obviously he will visit the page and this will go to view count. Could anyone advise

Hello, After moving to IPS4 we have noticed that that feature has changed majorly from IPB3 to IPS4, especially for guests since there's no number that indicates how many guests are viewing any specific forum/thread anymore which has made this a major issue for our community. Mainly because without those numbers and without a working User's browsing widgets members are lacking the statistic numbers they may need in order to considering buying any kind of advertisement from us for their threads. I have asked the developer who has been working closely with us for the whole upgrade however he said that he does not think it's possible to make that back as it was again. …

So I have been busy for a bit and still running IPB 4.4.10, decided to carve out some time to spin up a test site and see if I would run into any issues with upgrading to IPB 4.6.2. Since I dont have enough space on my webhost to duplicate my site, I spun up a $9 webhosting account at Dreamhost. Which for those that have used Dreamhost, know that they don't run CPANEL.
