Hi, I have a renewal pending for two third party apps in one invoice, and I cannot find the way of just renewing one of them. They are Links Directory and Classifieds System. Given the latter seems like it has been abandoned, I don't think paying for a renewal will bring any benefits. Could you please disassociate these two orders? (Or let me know if I can do this myself). Thanks.

Hi all, I'd like to use a custom payment gateway that's neither Stripe or PayPal. Commerce allows me to create a Manual new payment method, but it gives me a WYSIWYG editor to write whatever I want, however I'd need to embed some HTML code from my payment gateway of choice. Is there a way to do it? Custom blocks maybe? Thanks!

Hi guys Noticed this update in the latest 4.7.8 version: Eager to try this out, I updated my community to the latest version. But I cannot see where the option to set past dates lies. There's no extra field in Database > Fields page, there doesn't appear to be any such date setting in Database > Edit, and editing individual records (either on the frontend or via ACP) shows no date field options. In fact, where in the previous version there was the ability to set a future publish date on a per record basis, this setting also now seems to have disappeared! Have all these options been moved somewhere else, or have I got a bug on my hands?

Is there a third party plugin to change the author of a Pages record? I think I've seen one for changing the date but I don't seem to find one for changing the author. (Of course there's one or more for changing forum posts authors though). In the absence of one, is there a safe way of doing it?

Just like the title says. I'm looking at a specific use case where the layout of cards for posts would be ideal. It does not seem to be an option or am I just missing something? Also, is there an option to change the number of cards in a row. It seems to default to 2. Can I change that?

Hi i have a question. Just received notice that i can upgrade my Cloud to 4.7.9 but noticed that it also says This beta contains changes to the PayPal and Stripe integrations, please proceed with caution if payments are core to your community. I am guessing this is a Beta 4.7.9 ? We use paypal and stripe as a core function of our Forum. Does that mean i cannot / should not upgrade? If this is the Beta 4.7.9 then when the finished upgrade comes out , we will be able to upgrade to it without any issues ? Warm regards

Is there a way to allow guess to vote on polls? I don’t want to have to create a separate forum for guests only just so they could vote on polls. So I was wondering if that’s an option to allow them. I looked around the admin panel but I didn’t see anything unless I’m missing something. Thanks.

Good evening, I have an onprem installation and I want to copy the live content to my test-instance. Are there any solutions? I didn't found something right now - maybe I didn't looked for the correct wording in Google. Or maybe can I just copy some table, like users, categories and content? I’ve tried everything. Using office365 and google workspace to no avail. I’m trying to setup the following - using pop3 and I get an error saying the connection goes through but the password/username is incorrect. I’m using the paid for private domain emails. I have pop3 enabled (checked with office365 support and google support as I switched over to google thinking it was an office365 issue. Does anyone know of a work around or can confirm experiencing this issue? This is the exact error -Connection was established but the server rejected the login. Check the username and password and try again.

To keep things short.... I've been using the Invision community software since 2008 or so, but lately, things have turned for the worst. They are bumping the cloud version, leaving the self-hosted clients in the dark. Even If I hold 5 licenses with them (2 active), I don't have email support (which is a basic requirement if you ask me for paid clients), leaving me the only option to post in forums, bump threads HOPING someone will see my thread and answer to me. Folks. Invision is not open source with community support. You charge me $100 every 6 months for each active license. It's been a week, and nothing except me talking to the walls. So I don't …

I couldn't find this in the documentation or anywhere in the forum. Is it possible to have a blog set up where users can post entries but cannot create their own blogs? I am assuming it is, but I want to make sure before I purchase it.

Hello, I mis-uploaded an upgrade pack to a wrong site, and I recovered with the original files, but when I login to the ACP every time, I got this error page: If I continued the 'Complete Upgrade', it showed a file check error, but all the files have been recovered with the original ones: Does anyone know how to fix it? When editing a CMS custom block in the AdminCP, the editor aligns itself to the right on tablets and smaller desktop monitors leaving a large empty space that could be used to display a larger editor window. This would improve the editing experience, especially when using a tablet, it's a tiny area. Currently using my PC and its fine on a 4k 24" display, but hopefully, this screenshot shows what I'm referring to...

Hello everyone I made a database few years ago for magazines (see here : https://www.depeche-mode.be/magazines/ ) I made a terrible mistake back then. I did not check the option to create a thumbnail of the magazine cover. The display is long in the list of magazines, since the images are loaded at actual size. I enabled the option for future records in the database. But how to force the creation of this thumbnail on the old recordings without having to modify them one by one? We almost 2000 registered magazines... I can't see myself modifying them one by one... Do you have a solution for me? Thanks a lot

Looking for a report to print for my accountant showing all Invision fee's/ orders paid to invision in 2022. I see the orders page, showing orders that were paid, but no way to create a printable report besides taking screenshots, which my accountant would laugh at. Am i missing something or is there no way in client area to create a simple printable report of all paid orders for 2022?

We have a problem with the archiving of old forums. From always we have the archive of forums that have not had movement in the last 5 years. For a cleaning reason I had to unarchive a lot of forums to hide or delete blocked posts because if the forum is archived it does not allow it to be hidden or unblocked posts. To unarchive them I have done it through the AdminCP, removing them from the list of forums to archive. Now, I have the problem that once the cleaning is done, I put them back in the list of forums to be archived in the AdminCP, but it doesn't archive them. Hello, is there something I'm missing to make this block work? I created a couple of fields and allowed to be filtered. Then when I go to configure the block or widget, I'm expected to see some database selection at least, but it only shows this: I save and the block disappears from visibility. In other words, it doesn't seem to work. Is it meant to work with any type of field? Am I missing some step in between? Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi guys, had a couple questions about the way the manifest settings work with certain browsers. 1. Desktop Safari in iOS seems to have broken the favicon to the point where it is just showing a white circle. My version is 16.3 running on mac os 12.6.3 if that helps (maybe it needs an update?). I've uploaded an image that has black vectors, but I also tried deleting that file and just having nothing set for 'Safari Mask Icon' and I'm still seeing just a white blank icon where the favicon should be in the bookmarks tab. 2. An advertiser inquired to pay annually vs monthly, what would be the easiest way to set this up? Adjust the store to add an annual option, then allow them to upgrade to a different payment option or Just have them buy a gift card to them and add that card to their account future ads would deduct from the gift card?

I would like to merge two posts. When I do so, they appear in order of date. Am I able to change the date of a certain post so that is the one that becomes the main post body? (rather than a comment near the end)
