I run Adsense ads on my site and have been getting the notices to upgrade to Google Analytics 4 or will possible lose revenue. I saw one post in these forums that indicted a "spot" for the Google JS code was already provided but no mention where section is in the Admin Center. Can someone point me in the right direction? I accidentally discovered that I have 4 new private message replies. The first sent message without notification was last Friday. Although I didn't change any notification settings, I didn't receive any notification about them through email or the pop-up window when I log in. Any reason?

Hi guys! If I add the Commerce package to my forum, will it give me the ability to offer subscriptions to members as well as donations? Also, when a subscription is purchased, does the system automatically upgrade the member's account and log Paypal payments? I'm using Michael's Subscriptions addon now but it is not working as expected...

How do I increase the allowance for max attached file sizes? All of the sudden, my forum isn't allowing me to upload images from my iPhone. I thought we could at least set it up to decrease our uploaded images by resizing them, but when I put max file size in, it still rejects my uploads. Currently, it shows: Max total size: 294.04 kB

I've created a downloads category in a club. I'm trying to upload a screenshot and it's telling me I am maxed out at 512kb. I cannot find where to change the screenshot allowance for a CLUB downloads category. If I go to that club and look at the download category, there is no setting for screenshot. And, unsurprisingly, the club download category does not show up as a core download category. Thoughts? Thx.

Hello, Is there a way to get (1) detailed analytics on Invision? Even better, (2) a way to connect the analytics to my Hubspot CRM? For (1), I'd like to know who logs in and what parts of the site they visit and use. It would be very useful to know which pages they look at, and what records they view within a database. I'd like to understand our site utilisation in more detail. I would also like to understand what types of users consume what types of content. Does anyone have a good way of doing that? For (2), I guess it could be as simple as downloading an Invision CSV and uploading the objects to Hubspot. I'd prefer a direct integrati…

I know that as an admin I am able to do this, but it seems mods can't. I've given one of my mods the ability to move files between categories. However, they are only able to move 1 file at a time. He does not have the ability to select multiple files from one category and move them to another. Is this possible?

I know I have seen this thread before, but I just can't find it or may have even mistaken it for the Badges thread. Rank icons must have equal dimensions, but is it best to do 50x50, 100x100, 200x200? Is there any general consensus here? For my site it might look just a little bit different but I don't think it changes much from IPB to IPB.

Does anyone know what micropayments this topic here is referring to? I had thought for some time that the ability for adding micropayments such as specific limited reactions that users can purchase for a small bundled price, would be a good way for small additional revenue. I do have some reactions that are limited to certain paid groups, that they can use once per day, adding the feature to purchase additional ones of these reactions would be awesome. If Invision is planning such a thing it would be good to wait for this rather than get anything custom built 🙂

I am having an issue with the Follow Feature. It seems that members can follow an entire Forum and get email updates with a new file has been uploaded, but if a member is following an existing file (and that file is updated or a new version uploaded) the Follow Feature is not sending out emails. I have been testing this all morning and do not know why and can not seem to fix. Any idea why this would happen and how do I fix it Thank you for any help or advice. Jeff

When I was using bbpress, some posts were held for approval as they were flagged as spam. Most of the time, it was accurate and they were spam, but other times, they were legit posts from members. Does that feature exist in Invision? Is there a filter somewhere to help catch spam? Is there somewhere posts might be held for approval? Although spam has been rare, it has happened and the posts were mainly reported by my members. Similarly, on rare occasions, a member will post something (even me) and the post does not show. Is it held somewhere?

I had a little issue on my WP site and when I contacted my host (they have always been very helpful until last night), the tech person who tried to "help", simply deactivated everything on my site (plugins, theme), upgraded WP to 6.1.3, and reverted PHP to 7.4 then, asked me to just check if everything was fixed before disconnecting. Duh! So I had to reactivate all the plugins to try to find a culprit, which I didn't, but in the process, now my Forum and Gallery are no longer available. I am not sure where to re-enable them or what I should do. All I get is a 500 error, with the message "We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot …

Guests (i.e. non-members) are being allowed to post in our community without registering for an account (see highlighted in screenshot below) on the site (i.e. becoming a member). As far as I can tell the permissions are set up correctly (screenshot below). How do I prevent guests from posting until they have signed up for an account and become members?

Does anyone know of a timecard/scheduling app that could be used for Invision Community? Can anyone tell me what this is? On hover, it says "queued posts", and when I click it, it takes me into the relevant forum with URL query string "/?filter=queued_posts" forum I get that its supposedly where I can see the post queue, but I've no idea how to set up this queue or how I have a '-1' value. Searching the ACP reveals nothing, and it doesn't seem to apply to the moderation "Approval Queue" Note that I'm just testing some things in my TEST forum, and this is where I found this, so it's not often used in practice. __________________________________ Unrelated Question: How can I rebuild my community content? If I press to rebuild the achievements, it will also recount and all members will automatically be awarded ranks and badges based on past posts? Or all members ranks will all be set to 0 and only future content will influence their ranks? Just wanted to confirm before pressing the button.
