It would be helpful if Marketplace had version filters so I can easily see if a tool will work for the version I am on.

Why is the Q&A Challenge for guests still not added? If captcha has been added then Q&A should also 🙂 Can we expect it in the near future? Thanks. system\Content\Item.php (public static function formElements) if ( !\IPS\Member::loggedIn()->member_id ) { //ADD Q&A $question = FALSE; try { $question = \IPS\Db::i()->select( '*', 'core_question_and_answer', NULL, "RAND()" )->first(); } catch ( \UnderflowException $e ) {} $return['qagp'] = new \IPS\Helpers\Form\Text( 'qagp', NULL, TRUE, array(), function( $val ) { $qanda = intval( \IPS\Request::i()->qagp_id ); $pass = true; if( $qanda ) …

Hello, Would it be possible (in a future release) to make this feature evolve in member group: Viewing -> Highlight replies (YES/NO). That the choice to make Highlight replies is proposed to the member at the time of the publication of the topic and not forced to all the topics as currently. So having a button like "Follow topic" but with the mention "Highlight topic"...

Hi, there is some way to let guests see their own topics that are pending approval? For example, if our forum requires accepting new topics and we add a new topic as a guest, after adding it, topic does not display in the forum view, which can be confusing and some people may think that the topic has not been added. Yes, there is a note at the top but not everyone sees it.

Is there a way to filter for Club Forums when creating Achievement Point Rules? It lets us select regular forums. I have allowed a couple of "chat" topics inside club forums and it has royally skewed the reputation, making it kind of pointless. I'd like to filter out those club forums without filtering out ALL club forums. Otherwise it's looking good!

I wish for the option (in a future release) to allow guest posting. In our modern age, when I say 'forum,' many younger adults roll their eyes and envision a lengthy registration process so that they can post their thoughts and opinions. I have the experience of growth and productivity by allowing guests to post, who often join after, having already enjoyed the experience of my community (risk-free). I believe this option would benefit others.

I wish for the option (in a future release) to disable any and all IP address logging. In 2021 folks change IP addresses as easily as opening a new browser window tab. I see no point, and it only slows down the site to resolve addresses while adding more to the database.

IPS, I was checking GDPR cookie compliance is still working on one of my sites when I happened to notice this site mentioned. Obviously you use cookies so we can log in etc, no worries I always say yes to necessary cookies, however this site appears to also be trying to install or use Facebook tracking cookies because they are being blocked. iPadOS Safari is apparently preventing them, but I don't recall any specific consent form mentioning Facebook (or doubleclick.net) tracking. Is it an oversight with 4.6 beta, or somehow because you use Facebook or Facebook Pixel services for promotional reasons? I have no particular objection to b…

Hi all, Like I’m sure many people, I often take care of admin jobs on my phone. Frustratingly, while most functionality is available this way, it appears the software hides its drag ‘n’ drop re-ordering features — and offers no alternative way of doing this. Its a real pain having to go get the laptop (if I’m even at home). Any chance this can be updated?

I just did a check in the skin to see if a header image is provided, and I skip the "pattern" block if it is missing. It would be good to be able to require the user to upload a header image for each new blog entry. This would prevent blogs without header images, but it would also put pressure on users to be more selective about posting a blog article, and encourage fewer high-quality articles. A lot of times my users will create a blog entry just for a single video or image, along with a short explanation, and I feel bad removing it but I don't like this happening.

Hi, When receiving back e-mail error messages we disable all e-mail notifications for the concerned users. In V4.4.X it was easy to access through the ACP user profile to its notifications and disable all e-mails notifications. Now we need to do it one by one or to "connect as" the user to stop all e-mail notifications from the user notification CP. It will be very useful to get that "stop all e-mail notifications" button directy on the ACP user profile. Thankyou, D

Hi. It would be nice to add an advanced tag management system. Something like in WordPress. Mass delete and add tags. Each tag could have a description, and the tags could be indexed on Google. Making "Tags" indexable

I don't know if it's a bug, but I discovered it by accident. Tag "noindex" is missing and page should it rather redirect to the login page. https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/0101010-bug/?do=showReactionsComment https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/99999999-non-existent-topic/?do=showReactionsComment

I’ve complained before that wiki editing shouldn’t have an original author, or owner, at all. While the authors/editors should be in the editing history the listing itself should never truly have a single author. It should be possible, especially in pages, to set multiple owners. You see this behavior on major websites such as Microsoft where the people that have contributed/have ownership of the listing are listed as “contributors”. I would like to empower my users to allow secondary editors to some of the contributions so those people also have the ability to edit their content. Sort of like adding a moderator to a forum, do it at the listing level in pag…

In \IPS\Member, there is a function called spamService which has a $type and $emailAddress variable. This function is called during the account creation/register process, and also during the process of a validating user changing their email address, using the default value of 'register' for the $type, and sends the email address of the new account Within the spamService function, the $type is used to construct the endpoint for the request to the spam service: $response = \IPS\Http\Url::ips( 'spam/' . $type )->request()->login( \IPS\Settings::i()->ipb_reg_number, '' )->post( array( 'email' => $email, 'ip' => $this->ip_address, ) ); …

Recently, Instagram has implemented a new self-expression feature. They added a "Pronouns". LinkedIn added the same field a little earlier. More and more users feel the need to inform which gender they identify with. Transgender people in particular do this for understandable reasons. Pronouns are not obligatory and Instagram users can decide whether the pronoun will be visible to all visitors to its profile or to those who follow it. In the UK, for example, Instagrammers can choose between his, he, him, she, her, hers, hir, e, ey, em, eir, they, them, theirs, thon, thons, per, pers, fae, faer , ze, zir, zie, xe, xem, xyr, co, cos, ve, ver, vis, vi, vir, ne, nir…

Hello, I see a problem in the Pages module. I have created relational headings to avoid using TAGs which simplifies the keywords but I realize that it is not possible to assign several times the page in relational mode.
