1. Start by being logged out of both the forum and oauth identity provider. 2. Visit forum directly, click "Login with ....com". You will be redirected to a identity provider login 3. Login to the identity provider, get redirected back to https://forum.custominvisionforum.com/login , then Invision immediately 301 redirects the user to a broken login URL that 404s (screenshot attached forum-error-1.PNG), it 301 redirects to this example URL: https://forum.custominvisionforum.com/login/7?_processLogin=3&csrfKey=...&ref=&code=... (note the 7 at the end of login URL path.. if the "7" is removed from the URL and reload page, it immediately logs the user in)…

Just upgraded and notice there is a new function to purchasing. Since the upgrade I have noticed for a while that under PAYMENTS>"Invoices" I would see orders "Pending" for subscriptions or purchase of products. Just yesterday I saw another, so I decided to attempt to make a self purchase using PayPal. I saw this window and noticed there is a approval process But I'm not receiving a notification email that someone made a purchase, I just happened to catch under PAYMENTS > Transactions where I saw my, and a customers purchase waiting to be approved. I didn't have this process prior to my upgrade. I like this new function, but no way to know…

Hello, I'm running a self hosted community for a while now (https://forum.bjbikers.com/) and I am looking into how forum is handling image uploads, since my forum members are running out of storage quota. My forum instance is using ImageMagick for compressing uploaded images and it is working just fine, meaning that compressed images (.thumb. files) are much smaller in filesize and the forum is using those ones instead of the original files inside posts and topics. However, what I am seeing is that even though the forum is using the compressed image, original is still kept and also the filesize of the original image is counted against the user quota. Why …

During investigation of a problem in the error-log we found a suspected template which was marked "Unique to this theme". It also had a "Delete" button. We have never added any templates to the theme. Clicking Delete only removes the unique marking, template does not get deleted. Later we have found many more unique templates.

So I have a new issue. In Commerce, people making purchases. So far when it comes to membership subscriptions I just noticed members transactions are being withheld where I have to approve. Can this just auto approve? Will this also happen for purchases of products as well? How long does it go on hold for? I noticed in invoices I see pending, but nothing in transactions. I just noticed this today by accident because I attempted to self purchase to test the process. I wonder if I missed on the others if there is a timer. The strange part is the customer who purchased today was at 1:54pm (do I get an email to notify me?). Thanks

Yesterday I put a poll in the first post of another user's thread. Now I've seen that the other user's first post has disappeared - but the poll and the rest of the thread are there. But so the thread is missing the beginning and I can't edit the poll anymore either. Do you have an explanation for this? Hello there... - I just experienced that my CKeditor just died at the production site in the ACP and at the front end - it works at my staging site where I do my testing - and I just can't figure out why. I have tried to compare the config files but they are basically the same as far as I can see. Somebody got a clue about whats happening here?

I have been looking for a solution that will allow me to archive topics (We have like 9M posts), but also allow searching (I use ElasticSearch). Everything I read says I can't. But I just read this: It came up in search, but it also says it is archived. So, is this possible? A searchable archive with ElasticSearch?

Hello, We are cloud hosted. We are experiencing an issue with signatures using stripe. We realized that the signatures need to be captured manually in the stripe. We made contact with them and they informed us that this order is sent by the invisioncommunity integration. How can we change this? We need to change our payment gateway to stripe, but the capture needs to be automatic.

Hello, There is a thread on my forum that I created over 5 years ago, today I edited the links in the first post of this thread, and suddenly after saving the changes the first post became the newest and disappeared from the position of the first post. The second post in the thread became the first post. Does anyone know if this is a bug?

Hi, and Happy New Year to you all I am struggling to change prices and available shipping methods in Commerce. As soon as I change them or alter the tickbox and press Save, then the following message appears on a blank screen. Good day, We have this calendar in our community with a bunch of set events and meetings. We want our users to be able to see these events or meetings from their phone's calendar such as Google Calendar instead of logging in the site. How do we do that? I know that there is this "Subscribe to iCalendar feed" option (I haven't tried this because I only have Android), but how about for Android? Thank you.
