Hello,
We are cloud hosted.
We are experiencing an issue with signatures using stripe.
We realized that the signatures need to be captured manually in the stripe.
We made contact with them and they informed us that this order is sent by the invisioncommunity integration.

How can we change this? We need to change our payment gateway to stripe, but the capture needs to be automatic.

Sorry, could you please clarify what you mean here? There is no facility at present in which to capture someones signature. If this is what you are requesting, you would need to post this as a suggestion in the suggestions forum.

I think this is a language translation issue. If you change signature to subscription… it makes much more sense.  (If that is the case he needs to just setup the appropriate web hook.)

Exactly. Thanks. I will be more careful to use the correct term.

So we can do this work using the the appropriate web hook?
How I change this?

Thank you all for your help

You should ensure all webhooks are selected in stripe

@Marc Stridgen, thanks.

I'm glad to hear that there is a solution in the settings. However, I still could not identify the correct configuration.

All webhooks? Just one, right?! And on this webhook system require requests to book some events.

After reading your message above, I added all events available in stripe.
I did a new test and had no automatic capture.

Do you have any manual that describes how to do the integration correctly?

Take a look at the following for setting up Stripe and it’s associated webhooks:

I did based on this, but I will review everythink again.

Would recommend going through the guide again. You only need to create 1 webhook for your community but it needs to have permission to all webhook events there.
