Jim M
You have a few Javascript issues on your community, this and your quotes topic are related so I'll merge those here in a second. Please try clearing your cache by going to ACP -> Support -> Clear System Caches. If after that you're still having an issue, please provide us access: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
goofy166
Ok, I've updated the store access details, disabled every third party app and cleaned the system cache.
Jim M
Please ensure that FTP access is updated as well. It does not appear to be valid. Â

goofy166
Could you please go over our forums and try to find a solution for the bugs I've reported above? It's been over a week and I get that you rolled back the forums version but it didn't fix the issue.
Solution Jim M Posted February 15 Solution Share Posted February 15 The solution which my colleague stated in your ticket would be you need to upgrade to 4.7.7. You have not done that yet so you would still indeed be seeing the same issue till you do. Please perform the upgrade and let us know how it goes.
