Hello, I am trying to share links to webpages on my site however Facebook doesn't display the image. Even when I use the FB Debugger to rescrape (the debugger shows the image, but trying to post afterwards on Facebook still yields no image). For example, if I try to post this link to Facebook https://www.slopeedge.ca/forum/topic/2832-mont-ste-marie-january-31-2023 I can go to the Facebook Debugger, rescrape the page and sometimes an image appears and sometimes no image appears, and then go write the post on Facebook (the image usually shows in the box here fine), but as soon as I click Post, the image disappears and all I have is the box with the page title and text…

Hi, I have a very old 3.X board I am desperately trying to upgrade to 4.7.6. I have followed the instructions in the upgrade guide, copied the new files over the old ones, changed the PHP version to 8.0 and attempted the upgrade. During the conversion to UTF8 phase it gets stuck on a table called "tapatalk_push_data" at 83.97% and get stuck there forever. if I try to refresh the page or resume the conversion, I get an error message saying "Error: Invalid default value for 'updated' File: /system/Db/Db.php Line: 198" Any help here would be appreciated. FYI, my test server is not on a localhost. I have tried to update my test server to version 4.7.6, and it's failing due to upgrading an application which no longer exists on this install. If I continue the upgrade, I get the following error. Is there a workaround on this matter?

Last night I wrote two personal messages which are not showing up in my Inbox. Here is the database record of those 2 most recent messages and the 3rd message after that from the database table dbnamecore_message_topics. (I have substituted dbname for our actual database name.) The messages having titles UV/IR Photo Job and Avian Mites are not showing up in my inbox queue when ordered by start time. From the database I know there are replies to both the recent messages, but I cannot access the replies. I created a record in the Page's database, in Record I see By Anonymouse but on board index I see By Guest But Guest is not Anonymous. By Anonymous I can translate to my language in ACP as By Our Team but By Guest I cannot translate as By Our Team, so could you fix this issue? Thanks.

We're getting a 500 error on all four of out chat boards instances. They are several versions behind, and we're aware we need to update them as soon as possible. We need to finish evaluating the custom plugins we currently use, but the 500 error prevents us from doing that.

The way the gallery upload works, when users upload images they tend to leave the caption empty which defaults to the image filename. This is because the submit images button is active right after upload and no further boxes are displayed unless the user actually manually clicks on the images. This design pretty much urges users to not fill the caption. I would like to either be able to make the caption required or to clearly display its default value before image submission. Any ideas on that?

I have run into an issue with the Who's Online widget. My community is configured to restrict profile access to guests. I therefore expected a behaviour where: Who's online widget displayed for authenticated users would render profile links Who's online widget displayed for guest would render member names only, without links However what I am observing is that the above two behaviours are alternating seemingly randomly, while the observer remains being logged in (or logged off, i.e. continuing in same authentication state). We would like to assign an ID automatically to people when they pay for a subscription (either through the subscriptions interface or as a recurring renewal product). This would be a unique ID that becomes part of their profile. Ideally it would be in a simple format like 23-01275 that makes it different than just a number like their database ID, but not too long like the license key (0000-0000-0000-0000) that can be assigned. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hello, I have an issue scheduling topics and dates. I had scheduled a few topics to be published today, but I changed my mind yesterday and edited all the topics to be published tomorrow at the same time, one day later. So, I edited the scheduled topics and changed the date to tomorrow. Well, I realized that ALL the scheduled topics did not respect the new date. All topics were published today and not tomorrow (the date I had planned). So, I believe editing a new scheduled post's date might not be working properly. Thanks
